He has always been protective of his mother but little did people know is that he was 18 by such a child size that everyone sees him as a 6 year old
Luckily the Girl was having good health good lungs just as a healthy child would be
But the father did not want to get involved into this mess and left her mother 2,000 cash
But that would mean she will only be able to pay for her medical pills for 4 years meaning those years are the only years left for her to live..
Four years later
Kuchel did indeed die and Left Levi his sister
And for months he Fed her 90% of the bread they eat while he eats 10% of the rest how many 10% of the bread did Levi ate?

Soon someone was about to change that a Man by the Name Kenny Ackerman, he wanted to visit his younger sister again
"Oi I'm here to pick up Kuchel."

As Kenny opens the door he sees his Sister's corpse for the first time ever
"...Kuchel you have been a lot more skinny than before?"
"She's dead."
Someone answered as Kenny turns in to the boy with a little girl in his hands
"It's been 7 months."
"Are you even alive?" Kenny ask
"I don't think so but my sister is"
"So what's your name kiddos?"
"Levi just Levi and this is Y/n Just My sister."
"And I'm Kenny Just Kenny."
"I've known your mother before"
