Wang Tao's figure was visible in his friend's office moments later. Taking notes that the man wasn't there, he plopped down on the couch to wait for Zhou Jian.

Rolling around a bit, he made himself home, staring at the ceiling. Hours had gone by and just as his eyes became a bit tired, he noticed the man seated next to him. His half shut eyes fully opened as he looked at the smile on the man's face.

"Welcome back, A Tao. How was your stay?"

The Celestial's eyes narrowed as he leaned into the rub. The comforting feeling of the man's warm hands were something he'd missed greatly. Absentmindedly, he answered,

"Mmm, it was okay…I handled everything."

Holding back the urge to purr, Wang Tao sat up once Zhou Jian stopped. Rubbing his eyes a bit, he met the man's gaze and felt warmth at the delight his friend showed. It seemed like the other had really missed him.

Zhou Jian smile dropped slightly when he remembered something, growing a bit nervous.

At first, he was uncertain about whether or not to inform the other but realized that it would probably be best if the Celestial heard it from him.

"A Tao."

"Yeah?"

"I have something to tell you."

"Ok?"

"...I'm married…to Chen Xiang. It's been about six months."

Zhou Jian observed the other closely and was relieved and a bit confused at the lack of reaction.

Wang Tao didn't think much when he heard this but he raised a brow observing the man's reaction.

"Did you think I would be surprised? It's not if you consider how long you two have been together."

Zhou Jian aknowledged it, finally setting aside his worries, before proposing that the two get something to eat.

Agreeing, Wang Tao excitedly jumped up and followed the amused man.

"Does this era have pork?"

"Did you think they didn't?"

Wang Tao shrugged.

"I don't know, I've never been to this era before."

Shaking his head, Zhou Jian stepped off the stairs with a smile.

"Well I assure you that there is."

Humming in satisfaction, the silver eyes scanned the area in a glance, inwardly thinking that the house was very cosy.

On the left of the spacious room was the living room, with three comfy couches facing a hologram smart tv. On the right was the kitchen, with speak counters, AI's placed on the side for kitchen work and an isle with stools lined up on one side.

Sitting on a stool, Wang Tao propped his head up with his hands as he stared at Zhou Jian. The handsome man was getting busy in the kitchen, cooking up a meal. His extremely skilled hands were a blur as they worked their magic.

Wang Tao tilted his head slightly as he curiously questioned the man.

"Why aren't you using the Tec? I thought that robots do that nowadays."

"Yeah but don't you think it would be better if I did it?"

"Better than an AI?...No."

Zhou Jian's gloating expression swiftly changed into one of shock and disbelief. Wang Tao laughed at the exaggerated way the man expressed how offended he was.
