Narrator POV
On a beautiful sunny morning in the city of Vale, Octavio Silva can be seen pacing around his room thinking of what happened to him the other night with the attempted robbery lastnight at the dust shop and when he was offered a spot at beacon a year early he was excited for new adventures but more importantly the rush of adrenaline he'll get from those adventures but another thing was on his mind...how will he tell his best n only friend ever.. how will she react? Will she be mad at him because he risked his life the other night? Who knows...she'll find out sooner then later... Octavio started to stress out due to overthinking of how Natalie will react
Ten minutes has past and he was still stressing of the possibility's then he remembered... the girl from the other night...Ruby Rose...now that he thought of her he calmed down a little... he stood there in the middle of the room thinking of Ms Rose...he was thinking about her for so long he didn't hear a knocking on his door then one of his dad's maid come into the room...
Octavio POV
Maid: *knock knock* Mr Silva
Octavio: *thinking about Ruby Rose*
Maid: I'm coming in *opens the door holding a plate of eggs, bacon, toast and carrot soup* Mr Silva your breakfast
Octavio: *jumps a bit startled by the new noises* huh? Wha? Wha?.. oh right sorry *takes the plate of food* thank you *nods*
Maid: no problem Mr Silva *about to walk out but stops at the door* oh n Mr Silva, Ms Paulette wants to meet you at lunch
Octavio looked shocked but before he could ask the maid why, she left shutting the door softly
Octavio: oh boi oh boi oh boi oh boi *he sets the plate on his desk then his hands went to his green hair* here we go again...*looks at the plate of food* maybe next time...*he walks to the door and opens it then walks to meet his friend*
Time Skip
Octavio POV still
Eh she couldn't have found how this early right? There's no way that she could've...but I know how she is...she's smart...careful...everything...so...of course...she probably did find out already...but this soon already.... Ahh...well it is what it is alright.. les go
As soon I walked to the meet spot which was at a tree on top of a hill that we've been meeting at since we were both six years old...as soon as I got there I felt a stinging going on my left cheek as she slapped me...
Natalie *angrily worried*: what were you thinking!?
Octavio *while rubbing his check*: whoa whoa whoa chica relax it was nothing that bad
Natalie *same tone* RELAX!? Not that bad!?
Octavio *hands up in a defensive position*: okay okay okay I get it I get it
Natalie: do you tho!?
Octavio:...maaaaaybe... hehe
Natalie: *face palms* but that's not the reason why I wanted to meet you
Octavio: *has a confused look behind his mask n Natalie knew it*
Natalie: I hear ya got into Beacon Academy a year early *smiles*
Octavio: *confused* uh yea..how'd ya hear about that?
Natalie: well Octavio I still have my ways of finding out but being a year older then you we're both gonna be going *jumps in excitement n smiles happily*
Octavio: *smiles*
Time Skip Three Days Later
Octane POV
Octane: whoa whoa this is it...gonna try n break this record for this corse...let's see here....only have a 17.3% chance of beating it..I like those odds...but I got this trusty grenade if I'm not gonna make n with this *toss it in the air n catches it* should break the record no problem...haha "New Record Holder: Octane" yes..but *inhales then exhales*
Announcer: PLEAS WELCOME THE ONE THE ONLY! OOOOOOCTANE!!
Octane came from behind the corner of the base the people set up, as soon as people saw Octane the crowd went crazy crazy loud, louder then when the announcer said his name. Octane went to the start of the course n was streaming it on his phone as well for his online fans to see from his POV
Small Time Skip
Octane POV
Octane: damnit damnit damnit damnit I'm not gonna make it *he said to himself as he was running At top speed* nononononono..WAIT I got it hahaha *he says as he pulls out the grenade from his pocket*
Announcer. Octane is pulling something from his pocket! Wait.. he has a grenade!
The crowd went louder as Octane pulled the pin and tossed the grenade in fount of him and he timed it perfectly as he jumped right before the explosion went off and boosted him to the finish line and..
Announcer: HE DID IT! OCTANE HAS SET THE NEW RECORD FOR THE COURSE!
The crowd of people were cheering at an all time high that if you went Ten Miles into the Emerald Forest the people in Vale would still hear them. But as soon as Octane made it over the finish line medics came rushing to him and bought him to the hospital
Time Skip 17 hours
Narrator POV
Octavio is seen laying in a hospital bed recovering from his last act as he beat the record but at the cost of his feet to both his knee caps n was replaced with metal legs as he always talked about how he wanted them before and the doctors knew he would want them so they got them early for him and put them on him during surgery, now Octane is seen slowly waking up
Octane POV
Octane: ahhh my head *he says as he grabs his head*
Doctor: *looking at his notes* hello Mr Octane yes sorry about your head here take theses *he said as he reaches into his pocket to give Octane some painkillers*
Octane: thanks doc *he says as he takes them*
Doctor: no problem *he says as he goes back to his notes* how do you feel?
Octane: sore..but other then that I feel great!
Doctor: okay how do your knee caps feel?
Octane: huh? *he removes the blanket to reveal he has metal legs and his eyes go wide* this is the best thing that has happened today!! *he yells with excitement*
The Doctor just chuckles
Doctor: well just sign here and you'll be good to go *he says as he hands him a paper for Octane to sign which he did without hesitation* thank you and be careful out there
Octane: *chuckles* can't promise that doc *then octane leaves the hospital*
Octane: yess this has just gotten way much better time for new stunts and more adrenaline rushing things to do with these new legs haha... but Natalie is gonna kill me... oh wait then we go to beacon pretty soon...how soon tho? I forget...ah I gotta go check...
(The screen slowly fades to black)
{this is one of the chapters that I went more for the fiction part of the story but in chapter three is when we're getting to beacon so don't worry and catch y'all next time byeeee)
