Some things Shouldn't be Shared [indefinite Hiatus]

Chapter 1: Sapnap isn't good at long distance hiking

Hi again! Here I am! posting a day late! anyway enjoy!

Giggles ring out as a boy about ten years in age skids across the deck of a ship. Shortly after, a door from below deck slammed open and a screech rang out clear in the afternoon air.

"DREAM!! YOU LITTLE SHIT!! GET BACK HERE!!"

Foolish's footsteps thundered up the stairs as Dream quickly clambered up the rigging to the crowsnest all while snickering to himself. Once safe inside the crowsnest, Dream peeked out from behind the railing to watch as Foolish bursts through the doorway.

Foolish, covered head to toe in pink dye, whipped his head around every which way. Trying desperately to find the little mischief maker that ruined his clothes and his freakin' room! Who does that?! Apparently, Dream does (That shit). Foolish wasn't even sure where the brat even got the dye in the first place.

"I swear to prime, when I find you I'm gonna hang you upside down from the figurehead!"

Dream watched with a hand pressed to his mouth as his brother spun around in circles trying to find him. Shoulders shaking in barely contained laughter, he slowly stood up to try and climb down and hide elsewhere. When Foolish abruptly faced him, Dream's composure broke. Cackles rang out clear and loud from his perch as he caught a glimpse of the mess the dye made of his brother. His wheezing was, unsurprisingly, heard by Foolish who immediately snapped his head upwards to look at where his annoying shit of a brother was hiding.

"There you are!" Foolish took off in a jog to the ladder and quickly started climbing up to try and get to Dream before he bolts again. Dream grinned down at his brother before looking around his perch for a getaway. He catches sight of a loose rope that leads straight up to the sails and immediately makes a move towards it.

"Don't you freakin' dare!!"

"Ohh, I dare!" Dream laughed and reached out a small hand, fingers just brushing against the rope. Leaning back he pouts a bit, before rocking forward onto his toes to try and use his momentum to grab the rope. Missing again, he leans back and launches forward a second time and finally, grabs onto the tail end of the rope. Drawing it in, he climbs up onto the railing. Looking behind him he cheekily grins at his brother who just made it to the crowsnest.

Foolish glowers at Dream and launches himself up and over the railing. Squeaking, Dream lept from the railing and started climbing up the rope. Dream had barely made it an eighth of the way up, when a hand suddenly snatched his ankle and tugged.

*Rrrrrrip!*

Dream grunts, as something shook incessantly at his left pant leg. Eyes slowly blink open while he turns his head to the side to look at what woke him.

" th'as rude y'know.........I was havin' ssuch a nice dream.." He mumbled groggily at the pesky little fox, who only stopped trying to steal his pant-leg when he spoke. Slowly, he pushes himself up onto his elbows, turning his head to the side, he starts rubbing his eyes with the knuckles on his right hand. By the time he looked back to where the fox had been, it had already disappeared.

With a huff, he sits upright and drops his head into his hands. Squeezing his eyes closed, he thinks back to the already fading dream. It was a fond memory of his, especially since they were separated. After a moment, Dream lifts his head up and looks towards the back of the shallow cave that he and his companions had chosen to take refuge in. He smiles a bit when he catches a glimpse of Sapnap all tangled up in his sleeping gear and snoring. Dragging his eyes over to George, he shakes his head a bit when he realizes the other man had taken all of their extra furs and blankets to build a nest of sorts.
