Dear Readers,
Where do we even start? It has been a wild two years and we are so blessed and thankful that you have been with us since the beginning. We are proud to announce that The Secrets of Dragons: Book One is complete, but far from over.
We will be using the whole of summer and partial of autumn to complete an entire rewrite of the first book. Initially, we had very big plans for this book, and it seems like we had lost a little of our inspiration and ideas the further we got into it.
We fell in love with our characters and their growth through each chapter, and that alone was half the battle. Some ideas were tossed aside that we will be introducing in the second version, as well as filing major plot holes and twists that need more detail.
As of right now, what you can look forward to in the new version that will be released sometime this fall (date will be announced) are more backstories for characters like Jaylyn, Rosemary, Jason, Dominik, and many others. We will be inserting new chapters (well over 20-40 will be added) with greater insight into the Company and the families that inhabit it. Relationships and personalities will be altered to be more relatable which will make for an all-around better book.
It's not to say that we are disappointed in how this book has turned out. We are just willing to put in the work with the satisfaction that we did our best.
Thank you for supporting us, as well as calling us out on our bullshit.
We needed it.
