Chapter 2

"Haha, I doubt that." Mituna said with a smirk. Sollux got up and grabbed the pitcher of iced tea. He held it above his mouth and poured some tea into his mouth. "Sollux! I want some too! I'm meowlting" Nepeta hissed. "Calm down guys. There's plenty to go around." I yelled from the kitchen. I came back out and set three cups on the table. "Where's yours Rose?" Mituna asked. (Taking a break from the quirks) "I had bought a tea when I was at the store awhile ago." I said plopping on the couch. "Welcome to Earth, Aliens!" The tv announcers cheer. The Alternians came to Earth this year and were welcomed with open arms. Some people think they will kill us, but I know better. I've been teaching some of the alternians how to be a bit more human and learn our ways. Mostly at school though. But I only teach if they want to know. I would never force them into doing something they don't want to do. "Hold on, I've got to make a call." I told the gang. Then I called Jade. "Rose?" "Yeah?" "Hi, it's been awhile." "Yes it has. I was wondering if you could call Dave, Dirk or Bro. They told me We could come over for burgers and they haven't answered my calls." "Yeah, will do. See you later." *click*………
