Chapter 6

Nepeta walked up with Karkat to me. "Um, im sorry for leaving you at the house..." I was able to manage out without looking her in the eye. "It's okay Rosey! I was enjoying my purrfect cat nap. Then Karkitty woke me up and I found myself in your pawsitevly cool room. Then Karkitty drove me here." She purred hugging my waist. I stared at Karkat and he nodded in agreement. "Did you find my spare bathing suit on my dresser?" I asked Nepeta, pulling away from the hug. "Oh yes! Its furtastic! I love the colour too!" She squeaked. "There's a bathroom by Dave's room that you can change in Nepeta." Dirk said pointing at the door. Nepeta grabbed my arm and pulled me inside. "Will you help me change? I know  it's awkward, but I had troubles with the zippurr on my mini dress." Nepeta said sheepishly. "Ok, I guess. Nothing new really." I replied with a smile. We walked into the bathroom down the hall an  I helped Nepeta with her zipper. Then she finished changing into her Olive green bikini. We walked out of the house and Dave was at a grill, grilling hot dogs. At another grill, Dirk was grilling hamburgers. I peeked through the kitchen window, Roxy and Jane were in there prepping food and drinks. Jane was making batter and checking the oven. Roxy made two bowls of punch. She spiked one of them with vodka, it changed the red liquid to pink. Then she labeled it 'Roxys Surprise', self explanatory. The entire property smelled of food and friends.
