Chapter 11

Will watched through the window as Mike left the building. He couldn't get that story out of his head...He knew that story from somewhere. But where, though? As Will thought about this, he noticed the rest of the employees arriving in the parking lot.

"Time to get back to my stage, I guess..." Will walked back to his stage, staring at the smaller one next to it. What belonged on that stage? Were they getting a new animatronic? Could he hijack it and put Charlotte inside it...?

Hey, I thought you liked me!

Just a thought, don't worry. I wouldn't actually do it without your permission.

Hmph.

Will chuckled and rolled his eyes before getting onto his stage and "powering down", looking down at the floor. He only looked up every now and then to spy on the employees. Eventually, he heard something being wheeled across the room, and saw the two technicians wheeling a crate onto the smaller stage with their little dolly...? He didn't know what it was called.

The larger one, Greg, lifted it up onto the stage with obvious difficulty, before setting it down and wiping his forehead. "Damn, that thing was heavy."

Ben chuckled and rolled his eyes. "No duh. It's an animatronic, you idiot."

Greg shrugged and grabbed a crowbar, opening the crate. The front of the crate fell away, revealing a green bunny animatronic. It looked like a Bonnie recolor, but slightly more feminine. The pair pulled it out, took the crate to the trash outside, and took a look at the rabbit.

Ben was the first to speak up. "Bet you ten dollars it's a DJ."

Greg turned to him, confused. "What makes you say that?"

Ben pointed out how much space was on the stage. "Look at the stage. We didn't get any other animatronics, so all that space must be for a DJ booth." Then he shrugged. "And I saw what was in the back of the truck."

"And that was...?"

"A DJ booth."

The two went on like this for a while, and Will just stared as best he could at the rabbit. Did it come from a new location?

It had to, right?

Yeah...

The technicians continued to talk while they set up the new animatronic.

"You remember that girl I've been dating?" Ben asked.

Greg nodded. "Yup. What about her?"

Ben was getting the box off the stage. "I'm gonna meet her family this weekend."

Greg whistled. "That was fast."

Ben laughed. "I'm telling you, Greg, she's the one!"

Greg patted his shoulder. "Whatever you say, bud. Come on, we still have that DJ booth to set up."

The two technicians walked out of the room and Will decided this was taking too long and just powered off.

A Few Hours Later

Will powered back on just in time to see all the kids rushing into the Party Bin, him standing straight up and looking at them all. He went to speak but a female voice beat him to it.

"Hey kids! Welcome to the Party Bin! I'm Benny the Bunny, and on the stage over there is your host, Will the Fox!"

Will waved, unsure of what else to do. But he spoke up nonetheless. "Are you ready for a great time?"
