To gentleness it is bound, surrounded by peaceful beauty all around. So do not fear when you see it in the spring, for no harm to you it will bring. Follow it behind the hill, and carry on by your own will. But if you are weary and slow, it will wait for you until it is time to go. Continue around the river bend until the journey is at its end. For down by the loch, dark and deep, it will offer to you an enchanted sleep.
