Red and blue lights flashed through Nina's apartment window. She ran to her closet and got her runaway bag. Then she woke her best friend, Kira and she got her bag from under the bed.
"Okay, you ready?" Nina asks and stands at the door.
"Yeah, come on."
They go out the back exit and start running with no destination. If they were ever found, their plan was to:
1. Have a bag of clothes ready
2. Grab the "in case of emergency" food
3. Get the rainy day money
4. Leave with no regrets

"When are we stopping?" Kira complained.
"Just a couple of miles more, so we know we're safe for sure."
