Finally I Met You!

chp 9 "Can it get more interesting?"

I woke up with the bomb blasting headache, and those damn sun rays were really not helping! Gosh, rubbing my temple slowly, yesterday's event came crashing down making my headache worst.

So, let me summarise, I found my mate, he is a vampire, my best friend knew I'm a golden wolf, and turns out they both hate each other's gut!

I mean great. Isn't it?

But most importantly I have my wolf back,I have Ema back.... Sounding a little unsure I slowly tried to call her

"Ema?"

"Yeah babe you summarised it right. We got our mate!" Ema cheered.

"Well, I even summarised about Vasu being mean and hiding secret from his best friend."

"Well, in general you never told him about you so you can't just blame him" she retorted back

" Yeah I kn..."

Buzzzz....buzzz...buzzzz...

Hearing the buzzing sound under comforter made me jump in suprise.

Taking the mobile I saw the caller ID

"Mr. Fast Forward"

Well the day started, hmmm...let's see what it hold for me today. Clicking the green button I responded with a cute "hello" which actually came out as 'aaaaalo" cause I ate the first half suppressing a yawn.

"Well, it would be 'hello' to you too, Ms. Jennifer, I think it's quite a early morning for you to yawn at phone."

"Well, what do you expect from a person in moring to cheer? Let's just say, I'm not a morning person."

"Must say that again when we meet."

We are meeting our mate again! Ema started pacing around.

"And we should meet because..."

"Because I'm your.."

"Yes..."

"Because I'm your Boss, and one of the issue is you haven't reported about your upcoming novels' status to the management team." Smooth Mr. Rathod, smooth way to meet your mate. What an excuse.

"Well, if you don't know, let me tell you that I have already mailed them about it.." I smirked.

"Well, it's not only the reason. If you have heard correctly, I told it's one of the reason."

"Indeed?"

"Yes," he paused and then said, "and we need to talk."

"Now that's the real reason." I rolled on my stomach with my phone on speaker now. I'm really tired. Bed are comfortable.

"Meet me at office at 10'o clock sharp." And the line went dead with beep sound!

"Way to start the day!" I growled tiredly.

Eyeing the clock I saw it was nine thirty. Ok.

Nine thirty!

"Well, it would be hello to you too, Ms. Jennifer, I think it's quite a early morning for you to yawn at phone."

"Well, what can I say, I'm not a morning person."

I blushed hard remembering the conversation just a minute ago.

No time for sulking here. I have to get ready.

Moving out of my bed I made my way to bathroom and in record time got ready.

Getting dressed up and doing makeup I moved out of the room with Tom in my bag. I locked the door.

It didn't take me time reach the publication house. At third floor I was greeted by the Jashodha, Mr. Rathod's personal secretary. She's beautiful women with one sided dimple on her cheek which you can see even when she is not smiling. Just a look of her and you can relate that she belongs to westen part of India. And mind you she loves to wear jewellery.
