Joshie is a cameo. He's actually the first born you conceived with Josuke in the quite distant future, when you settle down with Josuke.

His hair is Giorno inspired because Joshie saw him as his hero, (why will be revealed in some other book... if I write it.)
His Stand abilities is strength, restoration and teleportation.
The first time he teleport away to distance past, he meet his mother as a teenager. She protect him nonetheless and I find that adorable and admireable.
