"jaehyun-ah!"

she exlaimed looking to the boy who was walking towards her house. after a little while eun heard a knock on her door and jaehyun was there.

"good afternoon eun." the boy exlaimed hugging her friend.

the two started talking about their week, they've been friends since forever and always got each other's back in every situation. they went to school together, and now that they live alone and no longer go to school, they have the chance to hang out more ofter.

"oh, by the way i have an important news to tell ya mate." eun said while lighting up her cigarette.
"tell me, i'm all ears." he said while smoking too. "have you fucked any random guy recently?" jaehyun added, messing around with eun.
"how funny are you jaehyun? no, it's not that." eun said smirking.
"then it's nothing important." such a gossip king, are you jaehyun?

eun waited a minute before answering his friend, after exstinguishing the cigarette.

"i honestly don't know how to tell you this, because you wouldn't believe me." the girl said laughing.
"c'mon, don't tell that after twenty or so years that we've known each other now you can't tell me something." he mocked.
"alright alright, i sometimes miss school, so i thought i'd be cool to get back to collage.." eun said a little warried for his friend's reaction.

jaehyun waited a bit before reacting, eun back to school? she must be kidding, they both dropped out of school when they were sixteen because they couldn't handle it anymore, and now she wanted to go back to school? they've passed the last four years working to local sidney's shops and partying, is eun out of her mind?

"are you actually crazy?" these were the only words jaehyun could get of his mouth.
"no i am not but like, i can work, organise parties with you and go to collage right?" well, those are a lot of things to do eun.
"girl, let's just see how this summer goes and then you'll see." jaehyun affirmed not so convinced.

the two stayed to eun's place for a bit, talking how they could gain more money to survive in sydney. just for context, jaehyun and eun began organising big parties in their old hometown when they were seventeen, so they could gain a bit of dollars. but since they've moved to sydney it's a bit different. they didn't know nobody that could help them spreading the voice for their parties, so they never organised one. until now.

"i've met some cool guys yesterday, they seem fun." jaehyun said to eun, introducing a new topic.
he seemed to be happy about it, so eun decided to ask him more about those new people.

"yesterday i was near the coffee shop where i work, and i heard four guys chatting about organising a party, but at first i didn't pay too much attention to it." meanwhile eun nodded to let him know she was listening.

"but then when my shift at work started, they entered and ordered some drinks, and we started talking.. to make it a resume, they invited me to their party on friday night, they said it's gonna be a chill thing." he concluded while taking a soda from eun's fridge. "oh, and of course they told me i could take one or two friends there, but since i only got you as a friend i thought to tell ya." he finally added.

"well, first of all take anything you want from my fridge." she smiled to jaehyun.
"second of all, who are those guys?" eun asked curiously.

"they're names are kun, yangyang, jaemin and jeno, they said they're a group of twentytwo guys, yeah i know big group." jaehyun laughed looking at eun's expression when he said the number twentytwo.
"but anyways, on friday they're all gonna be there, so a chance for us to get new friends here in sydney, and hopefully they're on our same way." he finished feeling relieved.

eun decided that the party was a good idea, so why not going there? it'd a cool experience wouldn't it?

since both jaehyun and eun moved to sydney they've always stayed the two of them, they got the chance to know some people here and there, but not fonding a deep connection, which they weren't really surprised about.

jaehyun was really excited for this "thanks god is friday" party, because he thought that kun, jaemin, jeno and yangyang were cool guys.

on the other hand eun was a bit scared because she'll be the only girl sorrounded by twentythree boys in their twenties.
"jae hyung, i'm a bit frightened about the fact that i'm gonna be the only girl.." she said looking at jaehyun in the eyes.
"don't worry eun, i'm not gonna leave you, and if you feel insecure or not okay, we'll come back here." he said reassuring eun.
"thanks jae, you know how much it means to me." she said hugging the boy.

if you only knew eun's past you'd get why she was so worried about it, but it's for another time. awh, she was so little when that happened, but after all, she tried to to move on as fast as possible. you'll get to know eun's past, now it's only a bit too early.

jaehyun left eun's apartment around 9pm, then eun prepared herself something to eat and then she started playing videogames with one of her only friends from her hometown: jasmine.

"yo girl how was your week?" jasmine asked through the earphones.
"pretty much the same, worked, hung out with jaehyun and that's it, how about you?" eun explained.
"huh you still hang with jaehyun eh? is there something more than friendship?" here we have the other gossip queen.
"of course there's not." eun said seriously.

the two continued talking until late night, so eun decided it was time to go to bed, because her shift the day after would start at 9am.

it feels good to have a friend like jasmine, who can always make eun smile, she wouldn't be her friend if it wasn't for it.

eun, before sleeping, remembered that today she hadn't drank any kinda alcohol or smoked anything that wasn't cigarettes. 'mum would be proud..' she thought before letting herself shifting in her dreams.
