Kuro joins the party

Rin and Tsuki are coming back from a shopping run, Tsuki kicks the door open because she wanted to which startled Yukio. (who was studying at the moment) "Man, it's hot out!" Rin mumbles as he walks into the room, "welcome back" Yukio says not looking up from his work.

"The shop was busy, so it took a while." Rin says apologetically, Tsuki looks at the plastic convenience store bag Rin is holding, "Rin, your popsicle is melting."

"Shit, you're right!" Rin panics and quickly pulls the frozen treat out of its plastic wrapping. "Where's my mineral water?" Yukio asks as he watches the two take the items they bought out of the bags, it was mostly junk food. Rin stops and looks at Yukio "huh? Oh, I forgot! Water's transparent, so it's easy to miss." He replies obviously embarrassed. Yukio sighs, why was he not surprised at this point. He was about to go back to his work when he notices something Tsuki has, "Is that alcohol?!" Tsuki looks down at the canned drink, it was a fruity drink with some alcohol in it. She nods looking confused, "Yeah? Oh right, I forgot. You guys don't know I'm a century older than you two."

Yukio's eyes widen while Rin almost chokes on his popsicle, "YOU'RE WHAT?!"

Tsuki sighs, "You're not gonna let the go are you?" she groans and crosses her arms, "yeah I'm a hundred and sixteen years old. Though I'd appreciate it if you don't call me old or anything because I'm actually young by demon standards." She pulls out an ID.

"Tsukiko, Honorary-knight knights of the True Cross Japan branch" Yukio read aloud. Tsuki sighs again knowing they were very confused about the name, "Tsukiko is my real name I went by Tsuki so the other students wouldn't know a demon angel hybrid was in their class because that would be awkward. I'm sorry I didn't explain this sooner"

Yukio is now more suspicious of Tsukiko than he normally is, "Rin you should do your homework don't want Mr.grumpy to get mad at you" she teases as she opens her drink. Rin groans but plops down at his desk and looks at his homework, "All I do is study! Being an exwire is just like being a page!"

Rin holds up a page in his book showing them, it was the basic exorcist ranks and titles. "And look at this! Exwires are way on the bottom!" Rin looks at his brother and Tsuki- Tsukiko... should he call her Tsukiko? She doesn't exactly have a last name so he cant call her that. "Where are you guys on this? Also, should I call you Tsukiko?"

"Intermediate first class"

"Honorary knight, also you can call me Tsukiko, just not when our classmates are around."

Rin nods and then looked at his book, the ranks were Paladin, Arch knight, Honorary knight, Senior first class, senior second class, intermediate first-class, intermediate second class, junior first-class, junior second class, exwire, then finally page.

Rin's eyes widen, "WOAH! Tsukiko is super high up that's amazing! And Yukio..... you're pretty low" he laughs.

"It must take forever to become a paladin... and reach the top. I wanna go on a mission and get some combat experience" Rin mumbles with a pout as he looks down at the rankings.

"Only one person can become Paladin. And not just anyone. No one would send you on a mission anyway."
