I tried to sleep but I felt panic. I didn't know where it was coming from but my heart began to thump loudly. I heard myself screaming as I was brought somewhere else. Somewhere, someone needed my protection. I heard a familiar voice. "We have to go!"
I felt a heaviness on me as I scooped a body over my shoulder and ran to the door. I reached for the knob and banged but the door was locked. I swore under my breath as I stepped back to see a black haze coming from the door. I kicked at it heavily but realized quickly I was no match for this magic. The figure in my arms jerked.

"You think I'd kill you so easily?"

"Wake up! Please!" looking around I found no weapon. Desperation sunk in.

"Believe me. I have plenty of plans for you Piglet, I'm not ready to be rid of you just yet."

I felt panic rise as my heart felt like it would come out of my chest. That was all I could hear. Racing across to find all my wood thrown and soaked in the bath. "This is going to be a long night. I want you to burn inside and outside."

I tried to wake up, I tried to scream. I felt tears in my eyes as I felt whispers. "I'm sorry Gree, I know you're only a child. I need you with me. I need you to see." I looked out the window to see panic. Villagers ran in chaos, as a heavy wind swept up the houses into rubble. The rubble wouldn't stay low, it only rose to further attack. It injured villagers as they screamed and tried to run away but were kept in place. Even surrounding cities failed to hear their calls. A contained bubble of desperation, terror, and, agony. Bodies were ripped apart and I had to watch. I was the only survivor. I wanted to cry, I wanted to scream, but I had lost the ability years ago. The window radiated with heat as flames licked up my house from the outside. I threw my jacket on the floor as sweat rose on my brow. I was hot. I felt myself panic at this. It was so hot and I was burning.

Just then my head was grabbed. A terrifying malformed face spoke to me, with a glowing purple eye and black veins that coursed through a once pure soul. "Trying to summon the wishing heart, are you? Is she in there?" I could hardly react through the panic. The many voices that were racing through the forest. I needed to keep him alive.

Slowly blood dripped through a pale face as teeth shot out for their replacements. "Hello, I've been waiting for you a long time."

I felt myself be forced away though my body burned. The body ran as it tried to force me away. I needed to protect him. I took one of the wooden pieces. Slowly my vision was torn from me. The last thing I heard was "Burn in hell!"

"Take me!" I jolted on my bed hardly able to breathe. My entire body was covered in sweat. I shoved my hands on my face and felt my snout before running to see myself in the glassy reflection of pots and pans.

My brother stirred awake. "Gree, go back to sleep."

Panic still welled up in me. I was having trouble telling if that was just a nightmare or not. I ran up to the ladder. "I think something's wrong!"

At me wanting to go outside alarm rang through him. He jolted upwards. "Wait! Are you kidding me? It could easily be a trick. We've been through this."

I shook my head quickly trying to look at my reflection in the rusty mirror. It didn't seem real. "No!" I argued. "I was there. Look!"

I pressed my skin against Hans. His face changed into an expression of disgust. "You're wet."

"No! I was there! It was blazing hot, it was like an oven! She killed him!" I screamed as tears ran through my eyes. Hans took a few steps back completely unsure of my sudden hysterics. My voice croaked. "It should have been me!" I yelled. My eyes glowed threateningly in the dark room. I grabbed my face as I limped against the ladder in painful sobs that made my lungs feel like they'd burst. My heart glowed heavily as I felt like I would detach from my body again. I was too frightened to.
