Many Years Ago...

3RD Person POV

An elderly man is sitting in a room that appears to be a study. It is filled with books and scrolls some on the shelf's while others littered floor of the room. He is in his chair near the fire place reading a poetry book before the book falls from his grasp. With a gasp and eyes widened of surprise he quickly arose from his chair and runs to the other side of the room to find a crystal ball on a desk. The man places his hands upon either side of the crystal ball and upon touching it his eyes turn white. A few moments later the white fades from his eyes turning back to normal but he is breathing heavily as sweat pours down his face from what he has seen.

"No, NO! This can't- it must not happen!" the man says as he hastily leaves the room in a panic before reaching a pair of doors which he opens quickly to reveal a storage room full of crates. The man rummages through the crate and unable to find what he is looking for rushes over to another and then another. He becomes infuriated that he is unable to find what he he is looking for before he hears a set of footsteps behind him causing him to turn to see a young man with a wand in his hand pointing at him. The younger of the two lowers his wand as he lets out a sigh of relief "Reuben, Perfect!" The elderly man shouted. "We must find an orb at once it is of great importance!"

The panic in the elder mans voice was evident and upon hearing this the younger man jumped into action by waving his wand around the room until they find what they are looking for.

"I found one master!" Reuben shouted as he handed to his master. Upon giving his master the orb Reuben remained silent and watches as the elderly man leans close to the crystal ball and begin speaking to it. When he had finished Reuben was surprised to see the colour of the orb was different to that of a regular one, Instead of being it's usual oceanic blue it was now a blood red colour. The elderly man carefully places it on a nearby table before setting up spells and enchantments on it to keep it safe.

"Master, why is that one different than the others?" Reuben asks.

"Because, Reuben our worlds will be in jeopardy and it must only be seen by him. I just hope he gets this when the time comes. If he doesn't..."

"God help us all."
