Hoseok's POV.

Rehearsals are always exciting. They run around happily as the music plays through the speakers, and sometimes they hear Army cheering for them from outside of the stadium. It's fun. Today has been a rainy day, but a little rain has never stopped the boys from dancing and jumping across the stage. If anything, it makes it all the more amusing. Their crew are filming as usual, preparing for the behind the scenes content of the next tour and Namjoon has stolen a camera, running away from the staff who seem worried about him dropping it. Seokjin laughs, Jungkook puts on a show, Yoongi admires them from the side... and Hobi makes a run for it.

The staff has dried the stage many times throughout the day, ensuring that their safety remains a top priority. And yet, they are still all human, and mistakes are made. That one spot, for instance, seems to have gone unnoticed. And Hoseok doesn't notice it either. Not until both his feet go flying under him and he feels himself fall backwards, lending hard against the wet floor. The sound of his mic hitting the stage is probably what alarms the members that something's wrong. Hobi doesn't know: one second he's running, the next he's looking up at the sky.

Catching his breath seems to be the first thing that goes through his mind as he opens his eyes. The second thing he sees is Jimin's face above his, and he groans. The sky is too bright and everything hurts. He looks for his mic, hand closing against thin air as the confusion sets in. Why is he on the floor? Jimin seems to be talking to him, lips moving without a sound, and Hoseok can't tell if he's smiling or not. His face is upside down. Is he laying down? Heat rushes at the back of his neck and he feels sick.

The white noise gets louder as his face starts to get wet. Is it raining? Is someone crying on him? He can't tell. More faces join Jimin's but they move too fast for Hoseok to tell them apart, and he starts to get annoyed at how hot he feels. Something is flowing down his neck and it makes him queezy, he's confused. Why aren't they helping him up? They have a rehearsal going on, he can't just lay down all day. Or was it a show? Someone taps his cheek and he whimpers.

Something's wrong. It's like he can't control his own eyes as they keep fluttering shut against his will. His hand goes to grab his mic again but someone holds it tightly instead and it annoys him. Can't they see that he has things to do? But his body isn't cooperating and he shivers when he feels how wet his back and shoulders are. Another groan. He forces his eyes open to see that Jimin's lips are still moving frantically.

But the panic slowly subsides and Hoseok grows to like the warmth that takes over him. Waves of tingles wash over him and numb him down, leaving him feeling at peace in the middle of the silent stadium. Deep down he knows that he should feel distressed, Jimin's eyes tell him as much, but he accepts it instead. Hobi doesn't fight the numbness that comes over him and that's what scares the most. It's a weird mix of feeling at ease and knowing that it's wrong. But it's easy, much easier. He goes limp with a quiet whimper.

Taehyung's POV.

They don't expect him to slip. But the sound of Hoseok's head hitting the stage first echoes through the speaker, followed by mic falling at his side. Then it's the music stopping, Jimin rushing to help him and Namjoon throwing the camera aside, Seokjin and Jungkook turning around to watch the whole thing. And Taehyung can only witness it all, glued to his spot at first before he finally manages to make his way over to Jimin. He's careful not to slip as he runs towards them.

Dropping to his knees, he takes in the sight of Hoseok sprawled on the wet stage, head lolled to the side and unresponsive. He keeps his distance. Seeing one of them fainting is sadly not a first for him, but his hyung had a nasty fall and the fact that he's not coming around yet terrifies him. Taehyung doesn't know what to do, and it's apparent that his soulmate doesn't either. A metre away from him, Jimin's hands grab at Hoseok's shoulders, shaking him awake gently. And after a while, it works. But Hobi only groans when Jimin gets over him, calling for him to look at him in vain. It's scary.
