Chapter 22

Matteo (TW: Bruises, Marks, Sexual Assault)

I woke up to the alarm, and immediately thought we were under attack, I tapped my side to wake up Lucia, but she wasn't there, "where the fuck is she?". I said to myself.

I ran downstairs, and ask the men, "Lucia's not here". They all told me

"Don't tell me they got her". I told them.

"She ran away-, she freaking told us, Matteo, and you said you'll fucking protect her, SHE WAS MY FUCKING BEST FRIEND!!" Sergio grabbed me by the collar, but I didn't wanna fight back, because he was right.

"SHE TOLD YOU SHE LOVED YOU, BUT YOU DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING!" Sergio was right, she did tell me she loved but I didn't say anything because all I thought was that it was so soon.

Soon....

I don't even know where to look, or start. My feelings were filled with emotions, regret that I didn't tell her soon enough.

I was on the verge of killing everyone, and how they let her slip past.

Sergio let go of my collar, and I walked to my room.

"Go run like you always do, isn't that what father taught you to do run away from your family problems,"

When I was younger, my father taught me to not have emotions. I never cried or complained. Falling in love wasn't something I wanted to do.

I do believe in love, but with Lucia, I don't really know. She's beautiful, gorgeous and she's a goddess.

She only came here because she wanted to look for her sister, but she got involved with me the The Fucking Danger. That's what I do, I have no emotions and all I do is cause shit with everyone.

I felt a tear drop run down from my eyes, I was fu king crying.

"You know, my son, crying will not help problems," My father walked in and sat down next to me, my mother followed after.

"He's right, my oldest,"

"Wait, is Matteo Angelo Russo crying?" My mother gasped, they never seen me cry like this.

"Son, I know I told you that you should never show emotions, but I guess I will let this one slide," I let out a chuckle.

"You love her, don't you" My mother asked.

"I don't know, ma, I have mixed feelings with her."

"Will you sacrifice your own life for her?"

"Yes"

"Would you kill anyone who touches her"

"Yes, ma"

"Would you-"

"What's with the questions?"

"Alright, we know you love her, now get your big boy pants up and get my future daughter-in-law, because mother's instincts are never wrong" She winked at me before walking out.

I walked out after a little while, and went downstairs, "What are you guys doing sitting around, let's get up and get the girls back"

"Raul, I want you to track her down, locate her previous missions. I want to you look in depth with the victims that were involved with her sister's case." Sofia mumbled something, and I looked to her to see what was wrong.

"I know the names of the victims that were involved" Sofia ran up the stairs and brought back a sheet of paper that she handed to me.

My father came running to me, "Matteo! It's Mattia Romano"

"Where are the girls?"

"Who?" I was acting stupid like I didn't know, but he damn well knew.

"Look, I swear to god, stop lying, and tell me where is my daughter Lucia?" Now I know where she gets this attitude from.

"My team and I are looking deep into this case, but we don't have a problem getting you involved," Mattia Romano was the best at hunting people down, and It won't take us long to get my mamas back.

"Don't worry, I'm bring my team, and my wife will be coming along,"

"Sound's great! See you at the family reunion" I hung up and passed my father's phone to him.

"Time for a family reunion!" I told him, while walking to the tech room.

I walked in and saw Raul working on his computer, he hunts people down just like Mattia Romano, and don't get me started on his wife, the baddest seductress of all, her and my mother.

"The Romano's are coming," He looked at me.

"Why?" Raul questioned.

"Family Reunion" I put air quotes on it.

I heard a chuckle, "Their coming to see our boy Matteo, for their daughter"

"Shut the fuck up, Alessandro, now is not the time" Alessandro's rolls his eyes.

I heard a phone ring, some one was videocalling us. I picked up, and said "Hello, hello, Matteo Russo"

"What the fuck do you want?" I yelled.

"Well, I always wanted Lucia Romano, but the blondie is better," He was referring to Alessandra.

"What are you talking about?" Alessandro snatched the phone from my hands.

He flipped the camera and we saw Alessandra sitting with bruise marks on her body, Alessandro dropped the phone, and sat on the ground with his face in his knees.

"We're coming for you, you fucker" I ended the call.

"Raul, trace where this phone call came from"

"It's from a burner phone, but I can still try," He immediately started working on finding the location.

The images of Alessandra are in my mind.

A/N- I know Lucia left, I literally thought of this last minute, but the story will get better and new chapter will probably be out soon, or maybe tomorrow if i'm motivated.
