"Mona"—"Naam se kyu bulate ho?? What is wrong? Mujhe monami mat kaha kro!!" Monami rebuked him and walked away angrily and poor karan, totally confused starts calling her "Dr. mahajan"
And it results in her ignoring him so badly that everyone thinks they had a huge fight.
"Monami ka gussa satwe aasmaan pr hai, sumanji keh rhi hai, karan sir ne bahut daanta hoga bechari ko!!"
"Mere serial maa ke poot eps no. 365 mai bhi kuch aisa hi hua tha, premika desh premi se naraaz ho gyi thi aur bta hi nhi rhi thi ki kyu naraaz hai!!"
The matter gets so outta hand that even sanju tries to intervene and talk to monami.
"Tum jaakr Spl. Agent Karan Shergill se kyu nhi puchti kya hua?"
" Ab ye kya tohe Spl. Agent Shergill lga liyo? Hua ke hai?"
"Haa toh, Spl. Agent Karan Shergill bhi toh mujhe "Dr. Monami Mahajan bulate hai!!"
It takes 5 conversations with Faizi and a lot of contemplation after which Karan comes to a realisation that his last conversation with him might be the cause of her anger, but she was angry then also. Faizi literally bangs his head on the table after knowing the whole matter.
"Tum sach main bail buddhi ho, tumhe pta hai? Tum kya bulate ho monami ko?"
"Dr. Mahajan, usi ne hi kaha tha."
"Nhi janaab, unhone kaha tha Monami mat bulao, ye nhi ki tum Dr. Mahajan bulana shuru kr do"
"Pr ye naam hai uska", he has never been more exasperated in his life.
But not more than Faizi it seems, for he literally shakes him a little, "Tum usse kya bulate ho? Vo tumhe Khadoos Shergill bulati hai, tum usse kya bulate ho?"
The next morning, every single cadet is shocked, Sun has risen from west afterall, Karan Shergill, The Karan Shergill is smiling, only slightly but smiling.
"Hum sumanji se start krenge, everyone will perform one by one, kal aap sabko demo diya tha"
Just before monami's turn, her shoelaces open, she's busy tying them when she hears her Khadoos say, "RANI SAHIBA, aapko invitation dena padega?"
Needless to say, the smile on monami's face could've rivaled the west-risen sun that day. She had never performed better than that day!!
