Jungkook POV

"Hey... um this is gonna probably sound weird but is a girl named Jennie here by chance?" I asked and my neighbor didn't answer right away looking as if he was in deep thought.

"Jennie... hmmmmmm." He placed a finger on his chin and tapped it a few times pretending to think now.

"I'm not very sure that I know a Jennie." He very evidently lied. I let out a small laugh because this is too funny and he's a bad liar.

"I'm kinda sure I saw her in your window." I said back and the man scoffed as if I had offended him. He held a hand to his chest and dramatically gasped.

"Gasp! Why are you looking in my house creep?!" He suddenly shouted and I didn't even know what to say. At this point I was just trying not to laugh my ass off. Taehyungs actually really funny.

"Tae just stop." I heard a small defeated voice come from behind my tall neighbor. And I'll be damned, a cute, short, shy, Jennie popped her head out from behind him and waved. I smiled and gave her a small wave back.

"Hi." She said so lowly it almost sounded like a whisper. I can see how nervous she is. Which is strange because she rejected me earlier.

"Hi." Now I stood there awkwardly not knowing the real purpose of coming over here.

Now what the fuck did I come over here for? I just saw Jennie in the window and went for it.

"You- um are asking for me... right?" She fell over her words adorably while playing with her hands. Her eyes are wide like saucers waiting for me to say something.

"Do you wanna go on a walk with me?" I asked and her face immediately blushed and turned as red as a tomato. How is this the same girl who was in a rush and completely blew me off?

"S-sure." She stuttered once again and Taehyung nudged her arm softly encouraging something more.

"Y-Yes! I mean yes I would like to." She blushed even more and I felt like she might faint. I waited patiently outside while they re-entered the house and shut the door. She had to put on shoes and a coat she said.

"Okay. You ready?" When she opened the door her face was still red but now I had noticed that she put on some makeup. She had changed her outfit and was now smelling even better with the extra perfume. I nodded and she smiled looking away from me and then at the ground. We continued walking down the drive way and onto the sidewalk.

"So I have questions." I started and she nodded her head coyly.

"I'll answer them." She said still speaking quietly and soft.

"So you know my name because of Taehyung?" I asked and she tilted her head slightly in thought.

"Well yes and no." Jennie smiled a little before she continued talking.
