We finally arrived at my old house. I didn't know my dad still lived here but I was happy to be back. Once we got in the house I went straight to my old room and started unpacking. In the middle of unpacking I heard a knock on my door. "Come in!" I yelled over my music and Nate walked in. I turned off my music and looked at him with a questionable face. "There's a carnival in town wanna go?" he asked. "Hell yeah." I said smiling "Okay get ready." he said closing my door. I take another shower and decided to get dressed up just in case I saw someone I knew.

And I head downstairs. "Hey dad where's Nate?" I asked my dad who's sitting on the couch. He turns around to look at me and frowns. "Since when did you stop wearing that binder?" he said. My face goes blink "Since I stop wanting to wear it." I said rolling my eyes walking out of the house not forgetting to slam the door.
I walked to Rues house hoping I didn't miss her and knocked on her door. Her mom opened the door "Omg (Y/n)!" she yelled hugging me then I hear loud foot steps from in the house. "WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN YOU ASSHOLE!?" Rue yelled pulling me and her mom apart hugging me.
We hugged squeezing each other. I didn't fail to see the weird blond giving me a dirty look and Gia smiling. We pulled away and she punched my arm "Ouch you hoe." I said rubbing my arm. "When did you-you know what we gotta talk later but we gotta go right now to the carnival." She said pulling me with Gia and weird blind following us.
At the carnival
"Wait until Ashtray sees you, you know he's been going crazy without you? Like I don't know how to explain it but seeing you definitely will set him straight." She said pulling me to a cart. "Wait I'm scared." I said trying to pull away from Rue.
Before I knew it she stopped "Hey Ashtray." and I turned around trying to leave but Rue grabbed me and pulled me back. "Guess who it is?" I look up and see Ashtrays eyes widened and staring into my soul. He grew so much and look a lot more hot which I didn't think could be possible.
Before I knew it he was in front of me "(Y/n) is that you?" he asked. I laughed and nodded. He pulled me into a very much needed hug and didn't let go. "I missed you so much." he whispered to me. "I missed you more Ash." I said holding back tears.
We let go and then he plucked me in my forehead "Where the hell did you go?!" he yelled obviously angry now. Jeez bipolar disorder or something. "We have a lot of catching up to do obviously let's go in the truck." I giggled grabbing his hand and heading into the truck.
