I want to shift tonight. I found two new methods that i am going to try. I will share them with everyone.
Slang:
DR= Desired Reality
OR: Original Reality
WR: Waiting room
THE QUICK SHIFT METHOD
1. get in a comfortable position. Sitting, laying dow, whatever works for you.
2. Close your eyes and dont move for 15-20 minutes. This "shuts" of your left brain, making it easier for your creative side to come forward and bring you into another reality
3. Once 15-20 minutes are up, keep your eyes closed and say, out loud or in your head, "I have shifted" this causes your right side of your brain to trick your left side of the brain into thinking you are not in the same reality.
4. Open your eyes, you should be in you WR/DR
THE NO SLEEP METHOD
1. Relax, listen to meditation, guided or non guided, for 10-15 minutes, to relax and calm down
2. Get in a comfortable position. Once you are sure you are comfortable, do not move.
3. Repeat in your head "I am" just those two words, until you begin to feel signs of shifting, such as: Tingles, weightlessness (Feeling like you are floating), feeling super heavy, vibrations, itching, white lights, etc
4. Start counting very slowly to 100. TAKE YOUR TIME.
5. After you finish counting, start repeating identity affirmations such as "My name is ____" "I am __ years old" "I go to school at ____" "My best friend is ____" keep going until you feel disconnected from your physical body
6. Once you feel disconnected, start visualising your Dr, or places you will spend alot of time in once you shift to your Dr.
7. Once you feel your surroundings change, open your eyes.
Hopefully these help!! I have personally tried the raven method, and it does not work for me, so i will not be including it, as this is about my journey. If you would like to see it i may add it.
