PLOT : OC and remus lupin have been dating for the past year or two, after having being friends for several years and pining after one another for nearly just as long - however, oc doesn't know that remus is a werewolf.
when she was only young, oc watched as her older brother was attacked and killed by a werewolf, he was trying to protect her, when fenrir greyback broke into their shared bedroom (their mum sent greyback running but it was too late for oc's brother) and ever since that day she had been terrified of the things.
remus, doesn't know of this phobia.
oc knows that werewolves cannot help it and she understands that most of them don't want to be werewolves and that only a few of them actually want to attack innocent people. but she can't help but be scared of them because of what she witnessed when she was young.
and, one day in their shared defence against the dark arts class their teacher brings in a boggart and when it's oc's turn to face the boggart, it is quick to turn into a werewolf. both remus and oc freeze
it's mauling the lifeless body of her older brother and then turns to her and makes a swipe towards her. oc screams and the teacher has to help by getting rid of the boggart, but before anyone can speak to her she runs out of the class.
everyone tells remus to go after her, but he doesn't know what to do as he is scared that she will run away from him as he is a werewolf, but when sirius smacks him over the back of the head, he follows after her.
angst of the two of them continuing their relationship for a while, but remus always doubting it now and oc also doubting it as she is scared that remus now hates her for being a 'wimp' as he acts differently towards her.
one night, they're fighting as oc is annoyed that remus is treating her differently and not telling her why and remus is annoyed because he doesn't know what to do - and suddenly he yells 'it's because i'm a fucking werewolf! you're dating your worst fear!"
oc stops in her place and stares up at remus, she doesn't know what to do as she loves remus but hates werewolves.
she tells remus: "i can't do this.." and runs off again, they don't speak for a few weeks as neither knows that to say and everyone assumes that they have broken up - she over hears people talking about how they're going to ask one of the marauders out and they all know it's remus.
oc thinks that remus has moved on and she is happy for him, but also jealous so she doesn't say anything more to him and they both continue on their lives as normal
then one night at a full moon, oc is out and about as she doesn't realise the day and was out studying late then a were wolf runs at her and she just screams - then another werewolf comes out of nowhere and saves her and then is like a puppy towards her.
a stag, dog and rat follow and then turn back into james, sirius and peter and tell her that it's remus and that he's not like that with anyone
sweet ending with remus in the hospital wing and waking up to oc being sweet towards him, and they make up. she is still slightly scared of werewolves, but not remus and he vows to always protect her.
DESCRIPTION :

Then both secrets come out at once and neither of the pair knows what to do or how to deal with this information.
A/N : this is probably really bad lol, but i hope you get the idea and that it makes sense!! i love this song so much and i always used to listen to the beatles with my dad growing up so has a lot of meaning to me! i hope you liked this idea and i love remus so much, he's so underrated in the whole of harry potter istg
