Eva's next week of detention flew by, mainly because Mr.Shue didnt bother coming.
Obviously, she didn't mind.
But she still went regardless. Everyday she would sit opposite of wherever Santana sat, near Mike Chang and his friend Matt Rutherford most of the time. While both may have been on the same football team that slusheed her, she began to get along with Mike and Matt pretty well; this also meant slowly becoming friends with Brittany; who was dating Mike.
After 2 weeks of detention being as blissful as it could be; Mr.Shue unfortunately returned to glee club. So here she sat, watching glee club argue over who gets who's key in West Side Story.
Shit show.
"I'm sorry, there must be some sort of mix up." Rachel yapped, as usual. "I thought I made it very clear that anything from 'West Side Story' goes to me. Maria is my part! Natalie Wood was a Jew, you know. I've had a very deep, personal connection to this role since the age of one."
"Well, I'm trying to shake things up a bit. Get us out of our boxes." Mr. Shue responds.
"You're trying to punish me!"
"I think you're being irrational."
"I think you're being unfair!" Rachel's snarled, getting louder and louder with each response.
"I think you're being unfair to Tina, who might have been happy about getting her first solo." Mr.Shue sternly states.
oh he's getting mad mad.
This wasn't the first time Rachel has complained excessively, at least once a day, Rachel would blab on about her 'star talent' not being appreciated enough. Most of the time, she gets a snarky response from another glee member or is outright ignored. But this is the first that she's been yelled at that Eva has seen.
She wished her two weeks left in detention would end right now but also extend.
