Parting.
I completed the book on this date,
Friday, 19th August 2022.I am absolutely numb.
Speechless and beyond words. Nothing I say, or feel can be written into words. For they fall short. Are simply not enough. In fact, I can probably write a book that matches the length of A Court's Maim just to explain what I feel. The book, without it's epilogue weighs in at 150,000 words. A magnanimous figure. Yet truly worth the books limit. It goes without saying, this one is my favourite in the entire series. And I would not, trade a single thing for it.
Aliyaar Alamgeer :
The man is a projection of myself. The most vulnerable character I have perhaps ever had the chance of typing. He is a piece of my soul and perhaps that is reason why I feel such an emptiness in my chest.
Barekhna Saleem :
The woman is a manifestation of who I wish I could be. She is my strongest female lead with a backbone that defies tensile strength. Her heart is of gold protected in an armour of platinum.
I want to thank you all for reading and being a part of this journey.
Farewell dearest readers.
Till we meet again <3.
