IN 2006, the Republic of Penamstan had been fighting a violent war for six years. A civil war broke out in the midst of chaos and violence, launching the humanitarian crisis and U.S. aid. Troops landed in the country, not expecting the traces of another bioterrorism outbreak like Raccoon City.
Seraphina came out of the mission to rescue the president's daughter held as a hero, agencies wanting to recruit her—nothing in her mind could convince her that time was real. She didn't do anything. Nothing she did could be considered heroic nor did she want to remember.
Like a thinning thread about to break, Leon and Seraphina kept their hushed words and unspoken confessions to themselves. Being deployed to Penamstam to provide medical aid, Seraphina only longs to seal the forming crack between them...
Much bigger conspiracies and viruses were spread as many question the reliability of the government and what they did to Penamstan as a country. Her original mission was still in mind—to take down the wars and viruses before something like Raccoon City would happen again.

a/n: soo excited to start this!! wasn't satisfied with the way judgement was going so this will be different. more focus on the main two >:) their relationship will be a lot more in this fic. not to mention i can include my oc-centered lore as it fits. hopefully it's more exciting too!
