We are all finished eating by now.

"Umm, how about you two introduce yourselves first?" Mrs. Park started the conversation which break the awkward silence.

I looked at the boy who was sitting beside her mom with a hope that he will introduce himself first. But then, he looked at me with an innocent face like dude, I want you to introduce yourself first, not making a innocent face which actually shows his stupidness through it. Eventually, annoy started to grow in myself and decided to do the introduction first.

"Hi, my name is Jang Yumi, nice to meet you," I said with a forced smile to hide my actual feeling.

He nodded and act like nothing happened. It was until his mom told him to do the introduction, before he looked at me with a little smile on his handsome face. 'Oh, did I just agree that he is handsome? hell yeah, he is but that does not mean that I liked him'

"Hi, my name is Lee Sunghoon, nice to meet you,"

That's all he said. What a shy boy!

The meeting that my father had with Mrs. Park this evening was quite boring. Well, I added the 'quite' cause he was there..... I mean because I am not alone, have someone who is in the same age as mine that would understand the pain.

Knock, knock

"Who's there?"

"It's me," It was my father's voice.

"Yeah you can come in,"

He walked closer to me who was sitting on the bed, his face looked tired but it's understandable. My father sat next to me and let out a sigh, then I asked him what is it that he want to talk about.

"If I tell you this...." he stopped there.

"What, dad?" I asked with a confused face.

He let out a sigh before calling my name.

"Yumi-ah,"

"Yeah, dad?"

"I am planning to...umhhh..."

I am still waiting to hear what he will say to me patiently.

"To get you and Sunghoon engaged,"

I got shocked and shouted.

"What? Dad are you serious?"

"It is not finished yet, so hear me out, You can choose to agree or decline the engagement.... but after four months being best friend with him,"

The silence was filling my bedroom at the moment. I thought about it for a long time. My father got up and tell me something.

"Well, think about it and I will give you time, good night sweetie," He forced a smile on his face.
