"Spran against the world.." Anne gave a gentle smile to her precious pink frog before releasing him from the embrace.

Leaving, the hardest thing. Without looking back Anne choked back her tears as she stepped through the portal that, when finally it closed, splitting the friends and families for ever. Boonchuy released a breath she hadn't even known she was holding in. Unfortunately, as the breath slipped out so did tears, the young Thai girl felt a mean heartache as she sobbed, the other two girls following her lead. That was it they were gone: Grime, Hop Pop, Polly, Yunan, Lady Olivia, King Andrias...and Sprig. The girls were on their knees at this point. Although it hurt like a hell, Anne knew they couldn't let this weigh them down. They at least need to get home. The curly haired teen sniffles as she wipes her tears away and presented a strained smile.

"Maybe we should get home rather than crying in the ruins of our city, yeah?" The brown skinned girl spoke, chucking softly.

Sasha returned the soft laughter as she sniffles and wiped her own tears as well. The two girls eyes now lay on Marcy who was still sobbing. Waybright placed a comforting hand on the girls shoulder and locked gentle blue eyes with dark green ones filled with despair.

"Let's go home, Mar Mar," said the blonde.

Home. That word rung through Marcy's mind as the reality of her situation finally began to kick in. Her parents.

"H-Home?" Wu repeated, her brows furrowed with a sorrowful tone that made the smiles fade.

The dark haired girl look between Sasha and Anne before breaking out into a sobbing episode. Her parents weren't going to shower her in love, happy with the return of their missing daughter. Those devils in disguise would be pissed and they won't be afraid to show her. 'Set her straight.' A fear overcame the frantic teen as she began to hyperventilate. Marcy's hands clutched at her short black hair.

"No! No, no please I can't!" She exclaimed, her eyes frantically scanning the ground as if there'd be another calamity box for her to escape with.

"Hey, Mar-" Sasha began before being interrupted by the girls panic-stricken crys.

Sasha and Anne locked eyes with one another, the same worrisome expressions displayed on their faces with a hint of guilt. Anne placed a tender hand on Wu's own trembling hand gripping black locks of hair.

"Mar Mar, it's okay," Anne spoke in a soothing voice as she gently tried to remove her panicked friends hand from gripping her hair.

"A-Anne, I can't- Sash please don't make me go! I can't go back there," The agitated teen pleaded to the girls.

Oh how those pleads were heart breaking to hear. Marcy tugged at her hair as she sobbed and let out a frustrated cry while hunching over completely, her head just barely 3 inches away from the concrete ground.

Sasha places caring hands on the anxious girls shoulders, "Look at me Marcy," she said sternly despite her voice wavering a bit as she herself choked down tears watching her best friend break down and spiral into a panic attack.

Marcy obeyed trying to calm herself as she began to feel an unbearable pain in her chest. Her breathing was wonky and shaky. She was starting to feel exhaustion kick in and her world seemed to be spinning making her feel nauseous.

"Stay with me, okay? We'll figure it out. We can call up your Aunts, we won't let you go back to them, okay?" Tears slipped down the girls skin as she took in the others appearance.

Boonchuy lightly stroked Wu's hair, "It's gonna be okay. We will protect you," she added as she scooted in closer before wrapping her arms around the taiwanese girl, hugging her gently.

Sasha pulled Marcy's head onto her chest softly before stroking her hair. Her actions coddled Wu's delicate state, her free hand rest at the still calming teens cheek where her thumb lovingly stoked over.

"It's okay, you're okay," she whispered, calming the girl who melted into the touch.

Soooo, Amphibia am I right?
