"Wara!.... Giwara!!!"

Was someone calling him?

"Mugiwara-ya!!"

Somehow luffy knows the person. What does he need?

"Mugiwara-ya, wake up!!"

"Huh? Who?" He asked completely confused.

His eyes trying to adjust on the bright surroundings. It was.... Law?

"Torao?"

"Hey, watch out!!"

He shouted from the distance.

Luffy finally realizing what's happening, sees big tentacles ready to smack him above. And by instinct he jumped up.. Way higher than he thought.

"What the hell is going on?"

Is something you'd Mostly ask when your surroundings are completely unfamiliar, you'd think maybe his in a dream and just happens to dreams it like this but when another tentacle got him he was smashed down hard on the ground, tho still in his confused thought it didn't hurt.

"So I'm really in a dream huh? It's too vivid tho"

Also the last time he remembered was law crying caressing him in his arms.

What happened? Did he die? Is this heaven? But that still doesn't explain how his having such a dream...

"Mugiwara-ya, quite spacing and help me kill this annoying pest!!"

Law shouted who was slicing and dodging from the attacks.

"Am I... In a video game dreams!?!"

He thought surprised and excited, a huge thrill rushing his body.

"This is the most amazing dream I've ever have!!!"

He shouted as his arms stretches and flung himself onto the big kraken in front of them.

"Hey you reckless idiot!!"

Law shouted but Luffy was already up and fighting the kraken.

He was full of spirit, he was enjoying it all. And he thought of food, luffy was hungry. Stomach growling, confused mind, and unknown place.

"SANJIIIII!! I'M HUNGRY!!!"

The boy shouted so loud he got the kraken trembling. Did he do something?

"Shut up, you noisy captain!"

Sanji shouted back who was standing on a big boat, A lion faced boat.

"Bring me that kraken and I'll make you food, I need to try a new recipe too."

Luffy didn't hesitate and easily knocked out the kraken, took one of it's gigantic tentacles, and zoro jumped high and slicing it without a sweat while robin caught it with her hand net.

"FOOOOOD"

An excited captain certainly can't wait for the meal.

"Mugiwara-ya.."

A husky voice spoke out of nowhere, Luffy turned and saw law behind. How long was he standing there? Luffy didn't even realized law but he did felt his presence somewhere close to him.

"Torao?"

Wait now that luffy realized it, he can't seem to remember being in the middle of a deep ocean, what was he doing there?

"Wait, robin.. what you did back there, what was that.."

Robin smiled and waved her arm smoothly as multiple arms extended. Like a blooming flower, and Cherry blossom petals sways whenever a hand pops.

"What kind of hand is that!"

A reaction robin didn't expect. Although she knows luffy had already seen this a million times, he acts like it was the very first time he has ever seen robin with this ability.

"How weird, did you ate something suspicious by any chance? "

Robin asked. Concerned of the boy.

" I haven't eaten anything since I woke up."

" Woke up? You've been playing and fighting that kraken the whole time, how could you sleep in such place!"

Nami burst a shout, but luffy seem confused. Is he really dreaming? Last thing he knew was laying on the ground while law hold him. Is he somehow in a different world? But luffy know exactly how his Friends would behave though... Just not the power or magic thingy robin did was realistic.

"Ace, sabo, Dad and grandpa must be really worried about me right now, I wanna go home."

Terror and guilt were building up their faces. Luffy suddenly got worried.

"Wh-what's wrong with you guys?"

"Ngh! Luuufyy!"

A furry raccoon (to what luffy seems to see) jumped on his arms, hugging him tightly while continuously flowing his tears

"I'm sorry for not being there!"

The little raccoon continued to cry. Luffy reminds him of his little friend chopper.

"What do you mean?"

Luffy was so confused, his head starting to hurt.

"Mugiwara-ya. Your brother, Portgas D. Ace... Died in the war and this-"

Law pointed to his chest showing a really big scar.

"Was the result for trying to save him."

Luffy couldn't grasp the situation law is telling him. His mind can't seem to accept what he was hearing, he must be lying. Yes... Lies, it's all lies, he just saw ace running towards him together with sabo, how could they say his dead.

"I- YOU'RE LYING!! I SAW ACE! HE WAS WITH ME JUST A WHILE AGO! HE WAS RUNNING! AFTER- after.. after I-"

Luffy paused for a moment, he recalls everything that had occurred previously.

And why he shouldn't be here.

"After I died..I'm.. dead"

With those simple words, everyone was shocked to hear him say about his own death.

"I'm supposed to be"

Usopp covers his ears not wanting to hear anymore of luffy's babbles. Chopper also didn't wanna hear it so robin immediately noticed and planted two hands on top of chopper's hat covering his ears before luffy could say-

"Dead."
