After bringing the Daegu bunch home, the Seoul residents went on their 3-hour ride going back home. Everyone was so exhausted that they ended up finding their own sleeping places in the trailer.
After two hours of sleep, Jungkook woke up after hearing soft sobs coming from a sleeping Taehyung. When he looked at his mate closely, he found him sweating like crazy with tears continuously falling from his closed eyes. He then realized that Taehyung was having a nightmare.
"Taeh, taeh, baby wake up." Jungkook said, shaking the omega's shoulder gently. When he failed to wake him up on the first try, Jungkook shook him a bit harder while calling his name louder.
Taehyung woke up and sat right up.
"Kook!!!" Taehyung yelled as more sobs escaped from his mouth.
"Taeh, I'm here. Hey, look at me. I'm here babe." Jungkook gently touched Taeh's face, making him focus on him.
"Jungkook." Taehyung muttered before hugging his mate tight...clutching his shirt as if he was holding on for dear life.
Jungkook hugged back and rubbed the omega's back. "Sshhh. It's okay, babe. It's just a bad dream."
"I-It looked so real, Kook. K-kim Rae-Won stabbed your father and then went for you right after. I-it's not precognition, right? This is all just a bad dream, right?" Taehyung asked. The thought of it being real filled him with dread.
"Taeh, I think we both know by now that it's one of your gifts right? I honestly feel bad that you had to see something scary like that. But, at the same time, isn't it good that we know that it's coming? It would be easier for us to circumvent it." Jungkook said.
"But, we don't know when it's gonna happen. What if we're caught offguard? What if..."
"Why not? Instead of what if. Why not do something about it? First off, we can try telling appa as that might change the course of things. I can forewarn him about it so he would distance himself from Rae-won, but if he doesn't believe me, then will figure something out again later.
The more important thing to do right now is for you to get some rest. We're still an hour away so you can sleep more." Jungkook said.
Taehyung stared at Jungkook as he wiped off his tears.
"I swear if you let yourself get stabbed I'll smack your head off." Taehyung said with a pout, making Jungkook chuckle.
"I won't. I promise. By the way, you think I can crash at your dorm for a few days? My house is not ready yet." Jungkook said.
"House? You're moving out from your parent's place?" Taehyung said.
"Yes. And, I'm bringing our household helps and butler with me." Jungkook happily said.
"That's amazing, Kook, but won't your parents just hire a new set of omegas?" Taehyung asked.
"Well, I'm hoping that they won't consider getting a job there, because my new company is already up and running." Jungkook said.
