24 | Fire and Water

Taehyung was walking along one of the hallways in their university wearing baggy pants and oversized hoodie to hide his baby bump. While the school's  management already knew about his pregnancy, Taehyung wasn't comfortable revealing it just yet. It's not that he was ashamed about it, but it was because he hates the idea of having to explain how fast his babies were growing. On top of that, he's not too fond of the thought of how some people would hold one's baby bump without his or her consent.

Only a few students were walking around as classes were ongoing. Taehyung skipped his as he had a major vomiting episode in one of the school's comfort rooms.  He knew that it wasn't over yet and the thought of excusing himself again and again wasn't too appealing for him. So, here he was walking towards the university's art studio as he just decided to paint his morning sickness away.

As he reached the studio, he suddenly heard voices coming from the room. He didn't mean to listen in, but their voices were quite loud that it was impossible for him to not hear the conversation.

"Appa, you can't be here! There's a warrant for your arrest and if someone sees you, the council might be alerted!" The girl said.

Taehyung immediately recognized the voice.

Nayeon. Shit! That means Rae-won is here.

Taehyung suddenly felt his insides churn, rage growing as he remembered what happened back at the Jeon's forest property.  He had to do something as he can't allow Rae-won to get away. 

Jungkook.  Taehyung said in his head, as he mindlinked the alpha.

Taehyung, where are you? Why aren't you here in class?

That's not important right now. I'm outside the art studio and Rae-won is inside with Nayeon!

What?! Don't do anything stupid Taehyung just stay right there. I'm on my way.

Taehyung was about to step away from the studio, but someone grabbed his arm and then dragged him inside the studio, startling Nayeon, Rae-won and five men who in the room.

"Look who's here."  The guy who shoved Taehyung inside the room said.  It was Bogum.

"Get your hands off me." Taehyung warned, but Bogum didn't listen and just tightened the grip on both of Taehyung's arms.

"Well, well, I was just thinking of ways on how to get you here and here you are!" Rae-won said smirking.
He was standing far across the room with Nayeon beside him while his men are in close proximity from where Taehyung and Bogum were standing.

"What the fuck do you want?" Taehyung asked with gritted teeth.

"Revenge of course.  You and your nosy friends ruined all my plans so it's payback time. I'll need you to get back what's rightfully mine." Rae-won said.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Taehyung said.

"Oh, no time for chit chat. Take him to the car boys. We're leaving." Rae-won said.

"Oh no you're not." Taehyung said and right at that moment, Bogum started to scream as he felt his hands burning. He let go of Taehyung and looked at his scorched hands.

Taehyung looked at him with a smirk on his face.

"I warned you, didn't I?"

Bogum got scared so he immediately ran out of the room.

"Grab him!" Rae-won yelled.

The five men ran towards Taehyung and before they could even get close to him, all five men were thrown across the room.  He then turned to Rae-won and Nayeon and the two were shocked to see Taehyung's purple eyes glow.
