Much to his dismay, pagtingin nya sa envelope ng invitation ni Julia, walang susi.

"Damn!" Thirdy said in almost a whisper.

"Ano, walang susi? Bakit ka kasi meron handcuffs sa sasakyan mo tapos wala ka pala susi." Inis na tanong ni Bea.

Thirdy's phone rang.

"Sir Thirdy." It was his secretary, Leila.

"What do you need?"

"Yun pong about sa tinatanong nyo sa akin regarding scholarship, sinabi ko po sa inyo kanina that it wasn't cancelled but I was not sure po. Now I have just confirmed that it was indeed cancelled."

Napapikit si Thirdy in disbelief at binaba na lang ang phone nya.

"I have things to do and obviously dahil nakahandcuff tayo, you would have to come with me in the meantime." He explained calmly.

"At bakit ako sasama sa'yo? I have things to do din, noh, hindi lang ikaw ang may gagawin!" Bea questioned him.

"Hindi din naman ito mangyayari if not because of you, sumama ka muna sa akin and I'll find a way remove this handcuff."

They moved to the driver's seat only to find out na nakahandcuff ung left hand nya which meant na kailangan sya ang magiging passenger.

He heaved a sigh.

"Do you know how to drive?" Tanong nya kay Bea.

"Sit down." Bea commanded him.

Thirdy obliged and went to the shotgun from the driver's side. Bea, now seated at the driver's seat, placed her bag at the back, moved her hand to reach for the seatbelt, napaurong si Thirdy which made him move near her, almost touching her lips, Bea backed off a bit.

"Sorry, I was trying to reach for the seat belt," Bea explained.

She clicked on the button to fold the car roof. Thirdy didn't say anything.

"Since you haven't driven this kind of car before ----"

Bea immediately stepped on the gas, kinagulat ni Thirdy sa bilis. When they reached the corned, Bea stepped on the brakes.

"Hmm, nice car, huh."

Thirdy looked at her in disbelief.

"Who are you?" Tanong ni Thirdy sa kanya.

Bea just smiled and stepped on the gas again.

While they are on the highway, Thirdy asked her to slow down. Before Bea can respond, her phone rang.

"Pwede paki kuha ng bag ko, hindi ko abot eh. Paki press ung speakerphone."

It was Maddie.

"Asan ka?"

"I'm on the road."

"Anong on the road eh andito ako sa harap ng sasakyan mo."

"I'll explain later."

"Wait, sino kasama mo."

"Si Ferdinand Ravena!"

"Huh? Saan kayo pupunta?"

"Saan tayo pupunta?" Bea asked him.

"Sa Hotel." Sagot ni Thirdy.

"Hotel?" Bea was surprised.

"Pwede ba sa kalye ka tumingin?"

"Sige na, Maddie, I'll call you later."

"Saan tayo ulit pupunta?"

"Sa Mandalay Hotel. I have a meeting with a client from abroad so I can't miss this."

"Baka pwede ayusin muna natin itong handcuffs."

"I'll be late. Sumama ka muna sa akin and then I promise aayusin natin itong handcuff."

Thirdy connected his phone to the bluetooth and made a call.

"Anton, can you meet me at Mandalay, magsama ka ng locksmith."

"Huh? Ano ginawa mo?"

"Naka handcuff ako kaya meet me at the hotel and don't forget the locksmith para matanggal ito sa kamay ko."

"Ano, dipa ba sumasagot si Ate Bei?" Deanna asked.

"Pinatayan na ako phone eh." Maddie said.

"Pinatayan o ni turn off?" Cait asked.

"Ang weird na sumama si Ate Bei kay Mr. Ravena."

"Oo nga, wala ako maisip na rason."

"Ay, Mads diba may app kayo ni Bea where you can find her?"

"Shoot, buti pinaalala mo. Wait, check natin para malaman natin asan sila and we can follow them." Maddie said.

Sabay sabay silang nakatingin sa phone ni Maddie para matrack kung asan si Bea.

"Ayun ayun, alam ko yan, tara na."

Bea stopped the car in front of the hotel, waiting for instructions from Thirdy.

"Palagpasin muna natin ung mga dumadaan." He said.

Nung wala nang lumalabas na tao from the hotel, dali dali sila ni Bea lumabas ng sasakyan and Thirdy threw the car keys to the valet boy. Paikot ikot ng tingin si Thirdy. They were quick to get in the hotel, pinagtitinginan sila ng mga tao.

Thirdy pressed the up button from the elevator.

"Ooops, wait, what are you trying to do?"

"Late na ako, sasakay tayo elevator syempre."

"Hindi pwede, I can't." Bea said almost pleading.

" Nasa 7th floor ang pupuntahan natin and you don't want to ride the elevator?"

"Di ako makahinga sa elevator, pwede naman tayo magstairs." Rason ni Bea.

"Listen, ipikit mo mata mo pagpasok sa elevator, late na ako. You have to cooperate para matapos na ito lahat!"

Bea stared at her.

Before Thirdy knew it, nasa 5th floor na sila at pawis na din sya. Bea won and they took the stairs going to Thirdy's meeting.

Nang matapos ang meeting ni Thirdy, where he introduced Bea as his girlfriend. The meeting went fine and Thirdy was able to acquire the property, thanks to Bea. After, dumerecho sila sa park near the hotel and waited for Anton.

A few minutes more dumating na si Anton.

"Thirdy!"

Nagulat si Thirdy ang dami nyang kasama.

"Bakit andami mo kasama, sabi ko lang magdala ka locksmith." Galit na sabi ni Thirdy.

"Sabi mo kasi nakahandcuff ka, kaya maliban sa locksmith, dinala ko na din abogado mo kasi malay ko ba ano nangyari, di ka naman nagexplain."

Unti unting umurong ang locksmith.

"Naku, hindi po ako nagttrabaho para lang pakawalan ang mga kriminal."

"Mukha ba kaming kriminal, tingnan mo nga itong nakapulupot sa amin, pink na may puso!"

Maya maya lang nagtakbuhan sila Maddie sa direction ni Bea.

"Ano nangyari dito?" Cait asked.

Tiningnan ni Deanna ang kamay ni Bea and saw the handcuffs.

"Pahiram ng hairpin mo, Cait."

Dali dali naman binigay ni Cait kay Deanna at pinasok sa susian ng handcuff. Nang matanggal na ang handcuffs, humarap si Bea kay Thirdy.

"I really hope I don't ever get to see you again."

"Don't worry, the feeling is mutual." At tumalikod na sya paalis.

While the girls were walking, naalala ni Bea ang phone nya.

"Ay yay yay, ung bag ko and phone, naiwan ko sa sasakyan ni Thirdy!"

"Hala, Ate, kailangan ka magpunta ngayon sa office nya."

Gusto maiyak ni Bea.
