"Papa where are we going." 3-year-old Y/n asked, holding her father's hand as they left the airport.
After spending hours on a plane, the little girl was tired and now that she was doing more walking she grew agitated.
"Papa," Y/n called again annoyed. F/n had done nothing but ignore Y/n since the plane landed.
"We are going to see your mother," F/n revealed. Y/n grew excited at this. She hadn't seen her mother in a year after her parents had split. As they sat in the cab F/n had called over Y/n bounced in her seat.
Y/n began to get lost in her head as she watched the neighborhoods they went through. She wondered how M/n had been doing. Her parents had split for some unknown reason and she wanted to stay with F/n so her mother allowed it. Why the sudden visit to M/n? the young girl didn't know she was just excited to finally see her mother.
As they got out of the cab, Y/n and her father walked up the front stairs, where M/n stood.
Y/n ran to M/n giving her a bone-crushing hug. Tears streamed down the child's face as she felt happy to be in her mother's embrace again.
Once the two broke away from the hug Y/n turned back to F/n who had been walking back to the cab.
"Papa!" Y/n called out. "Where are you going?"
"I'll be back, wait here," F/n stated as he got into the cab. it pulled off.
Y/n watched the cab until it disappeared from her sight.
"Mommy where did papa go?" Y/n asked as a sudden sadness filled her voice.
"Papa will be gone for a while, I'll tell you when you get older." M/n softly smiled at her daughter. She didn't have the heart to tell her 3 year old kid her father wasn't coming back.
"Papa isn't coming back is he?" Y/n's voice wavered as tears streamed down her face.
"Well juries out. I'm sorry honey. your papa isn't coming back." M/n began to tear up too. She didn't want to see her daughter looking so heartbroken ever again.
Y/n let her sobs out as she turned back into her mothers embrace. M/n held the young girl trying to reassure her.
"Forget about him. We will be happy without him okay baby. Anybody who decides to leave you doesn't deserve you." M/n said as she knew the real reason why Y/n's father decided to leave her in Japan.
Y/n stopped crying after some time as she came to notice the lump on her mothers stomach. She stepped back and grew shock at how big her mothers stomach was.
"Mommy what the hell is that!?" Y/n asked, confusion and fear behind her voice.
M/n snapped her head up at Y/n as the curse word left her mouth. "Y/N!" M/n glared. "Don't say that it's a bad word." the little girl nodded as she didn't want to be scolded by her mother again.
"I'm pregnant. When women get pregnant their stomach grow so the baby or babies will have room. I'm having twins so my stomach is bigger than normal."
Y/n stared at her mothers stomach in awe. She had never seen a pregnant woman before, let alone with twins.
"So that means I'm going to be a sister?"
"A big sister"
Y/n eyes lit up at M/n's statement. She felt a surge of protectiveness all over her little body. "That means I will protect them forever."
M/n smiled at her daughter, taking her hand as they began to make their way inside the house. "Mommy what are their names?"
M/n stopped for a moment as she began to think. "We actually haven't thought of anything. If your pretty little head can come up with names we would be happy." M/n smiled as Y/n eyed the ground, concentrating. She didn't know what was going on in her daughters head and was trying her best to cheer Y/n up.
"OO the first one should be Nahoya and the second one should be Souya." Y/n said happily as she put her finger on her chin.
"Interesting, I love it sweetie. Nahoya and Souya Kawata it is then." M/n pulled Y/n with her inside the house.
That's where new memories and new moments of love and hurt blossomed. That was the start of a new beginning for Y/n Kawata.
~flashback over~
The 1V1 ritual ended rather quickly. Shion always ran his mouth but couldn't back up his words. Seeing him go down by Peh-yan sent Joy through Y/n's veins.
Toman's morale was boosted as they ran through the Tenjiku crowd.
Y/n began to move around in order to loosen the ropes at her wrist as she saw Izana walking towards Toman.
She was grateful they had the upper hand in the beginning but now they were sending out the stronger people.
Y/n knew they could hold their own but Tenjiku liked to fight dirty. Especially the Haitanis.
The more Y/n moved around she began to feel something poke her side. She reached her hand inside the shorts she has been wearing and was surprised to feel a familiar wooden handle.
"And here I thought you took all the stupid with you." Y/n laughed as she pressed the handle of the switchblade. It cut right through the rope.
"Thank you Baji. Now watch me beat their asses and avenge you and Emma."
Y/n stepped off the last cargo, her feet landing on Shion but she didn't care.
Y/n began to make her way through the crowd, but was stopped as a pipe swung towards her face. Luckily she was able to dodge.
"Boss told us you'd have a trick up your sleeve, and to stop you by any means." One of Tenjiku members spoke as a group of them stood behind him.
"Huh so you're all lined up." Y/n trailed off as she put her hair into a tight ponytail. "You must be excited."
She swung her fist as hard as she could at the man who spoke. He was sent flying into someone from the group and they both hit the ground.
Y/n looked to the rest of them beckoning them to come closer. "Don't keep me waiting now."
One of them picked up a pipe and swung at Y/n, only for her to catch the pipe.
Y/n smirked as she planted her foot on the ground to make sure she wouldn't slip. "I hope you like ring around the rosey you funky bitch."
The two spun in circles until Y/n felt the boys grip on the pipe loosen. She let go sending the boy stumbling into one of the cargos.
The rest of the group attempted to run away but Y/n knocked all of them out. Didn't want them to try anything later.
As Y/n got closer to the brawl she noticed the Haitanis fighting Souya and Hakkai. The brothers were obviously being unfair with the 2V2 and this caused Y/n to grow angry.
Ran and Rindou were enjoying themselves as they tag teamed Souya and Hakkai. Little did they know two big ass storms were coming their way.
