Part 2 of chapter 3

In the passage were cobwebs and the familiar stench of rot. I continued for a while until I reached a chamber. Everything was dark.

"Wow this is so cool-Ahhh!" my scream echoes off of the walls. Oops!

I turned my head back, while my body was still on the ground. I tripped over a loose stone. How humiliating.

I crawled to it. The fall must have reopened my cut, wherever it is, for it is bleeding out new blood. The stone was pushed up, so of course, I did the logical thing for me to do, and pushed it back into its place. All around me the floor begins to shake, and my instinct kicks in, folding me on top of my news and hand over my neck. But as quickly as it started it ended. When I opened my eyes, I could see the chamber around me.

Light poured down from giant lanterns, and the passage door I came from, closed behind me, making me jump. I got a bad feeling, I tell ya. The chamber was giant but filled with hardly any stuff. There was a giant bookcase, giant lanterns, and a small table with a great load of buttons on it.

Over to the buttons-err, I mean table I go. I walked over to it and sat down, my legs stretched under the table.

"For one creepy chamber, this is pretty clean," I say while resting my elbows on the table.

At that moment I sneezed, making my elbow bump a button. Nothing happened. I sighed with relief. Suddenly the black with bits of white marble floor around me is cut deeply down. Then the floor collapsed, trapping me into endless falling out of existence.
