Chapter 11

No one's pov

Haru's first impression of Daisuke is that,

'this kid looks like one of the stuck-up kids in my kindergarten'

The one type that he hates oh so much. Thanks to the random kid that attends his kindergarten and makes a scene on their first day. To this day in his little mind, he can't understand why they did what they did that day.

But also one of the quiet kids in class that always alone. No friend to talk to and always being targeted by a bully. Always have that sad aura around him. Same as this raven hair kid Infront of him. Instead of a sad aura surrounding the boy in front of him, it's more aloof.

Never judge a book by its cover.

His mother taught him not to judge someone unless you know who he/she is. If not, then you have no right to judge. Making the learning to good use, Haru will not judge the boy before he knows who the raven boy is.  With that in haru's mind, he stretches out his hand's out for a handshake with a big smile on his face.

"Hello! It's a pleasure to meet you! My name is Haru Katou, 10 years old. You?"

For a while there, Haru wait for his hand to be handshake by the other boy but nothing. Maybe the boy was disgusted by his hands? Like what one of the rich kids in his kindergarten used to call him. A dirty poor boy.

If you think that Haru just let it slide when that rich kid called him that, better think again.

One of the many things you need to know about Haru is that he never stays quiet when got provoke. Safe to say that the kid didn't attend school for almost a week and Haru got detention and grounded for a month. Did he regret his action? Nah, never. Not to mention all of his classmates cheer him up for what he did. You can see there that all the people who are in the same class as the rich kid are sick of them.

Instead of getting shut out by what he did, they thank him, praise and even adore him for being so brave. Oh, before you guys misunderstood. Haru did not beat those kids up, he just spoke some hurtful words that makes them cry to the point they don't want to attend kindergarten for almost a week. Spoiled to the core I say.

He wonders if the kid in front of him Is also like that. Nu-uh Haru, no judging people without knowing who they are.

Seeing that his hands would not be shaken anytime soon, he retracted his hands. Before he could fully retract his hand, the raven suddenly pull his hand back and shake it with wide eyes looking straight at him in somewhat wonder?

"Kambe Daisuke, 8 years old"

Kambe Daisuke.

"............."

For some reason, Haru felt like he will be stuck to the raven for life. A shiver runs down his body. Just a thought of it already brought a bitter taste to him. No way he can spend the rest of his life with this aloof raven.

Well.....little did he know what the future held for him. You really should not jinx it, Haru.
