As days went by, Seven did his best to get closer to Aerith. But up to now, he still couldn't make the younger man stay away from Mr. V. What irritates him more was Aerith keeps on praising the man. Seven can't do anything but control himself from bursting out. Because of it, his employees are suffering due to his sour mood.

"Hey, Sev, stop emitting your scary pheromones," Tristan said.

Seven glared at him. "I'm not an animal, asshole,"

"You're acting like one. Like an alpha whose omega has been taken away," Marko said agreeing with his lover.

Seven sighed in annoyance. "It's because I can't get rid of that man away from Aerith,"

"Why do you have to focus on that matter when the thing you should focus on is how you will make Aerith yours? Can't you make him yours officially without taking away Mr. V?" Marko asked.

Seven didn't answer and just glared at Marko. The latter shakes his head chuckling.

"Forget about that first. You have a banquet coming up this Friday," Marko said.

"What banquet?" he asked frowning. His best friends shook their heads.

"The banquet that the Lavien is hosting for the return of Don Zandrik," Tristan reminded him.

"Do I have to go?" the hot-tempered CEO asked.

He squinted his eyes when the two started grinning. He crossed his arms and asked why.

"Attend and find out," Tristan said winking.

"What are you two up to, huh?" he asked.

The lovers just shrugged as they chuckle. "Just go and who knows-

"Knows what?" he butted in.

"Just that," Marko said.

Seven huffed and shook his head before resuming his work.

"Hey, Ry!" Marty called out.

"Yeah?" Aerith answered without looking at him as he is busy preparing the customer's order.

"Are the dishes for Friday ready?" he asked.

"Mn. I already made a list. We're not opening tomorrow to prepare," Aerith said.

"Got it," Marty answered.

Aerith served the order before turning to Ruce. "Are the ingredients coming tomorrow?" he asked.

"Yep. Except for those dishes that must be made on that day," Ruce said.

Nodding in satisfaction, "We need to do our best to satisfy them. This is a big event for us," Aerith said.

"Copy, boss!" the two answered making him chuckle.

"Au, where's Kylo?" he asked noticing his other friend's absence.

The bell chimed and Kylo entered.

"Where have you been?" Marty asked.

"I got a call from Lavien," Kylo answered.

Aerith got worried, "Are they canceling out?"

Kylo chuckled, "Stop worrying for nothing. They will never cancel on us. On the contrary, they called to make sure that their favorite chef will be there," he told him.

Aerith breathed in relief. "Of course, I will be hands-on with the dishes,"

"That's what I told them," Kylo said.
