Late night game 

Since the last incident between Hakkai and (y/n), he starts to recap back the scene of the two of them and how (y/n)'s hand which seems soft holds him with much carefulness. He didn't know why but his body feels weird, it was like he was yearning more for her touch- but not in a bad way which made him confused. Never in his sixteen years of living, had he had this weird tingly feeling in his heart.

He tried to ask his most trusted buddy, Mitsuya Takashi, and all he said was "If your heart beats whenever you think of her then it means you like her." that made him think for a while.

" Argh! Screw that, Survive the Killer could help me calm down right now. " His smartphone brightness shone in his dark room but he didn't mind it as he want to get rid of the weird feeling that he felt at the moment.

All of his emotions were washed away and he seems to brighten up at his smartphone screen when he say that his friend, moonstxr was online and in the game that he want to play. He then tapped their profile and join their game server.

It was loading for a sec until it showed the lobby of the game where it was a campfire with some wood logs as the chair. His eyes went from left to right and finally caught his friend avatar who was dancing alone under one of the trees.

His friend seem to realize his avatar went to them and started to jump up and down, maybe as a sign that they were excited to meet him which made him smile a little.

They greet him in the chat box and he does the same favor.

Moonstxr: Hey Hakkunie! Nice to see you around here.

Hakkunie: Hello Moon. Yeah, nice to see you too.

Moonstxr: wanna team up together? :D

Those simple smile emoji made his smile wider as he found it cute and how silly they act around him.

Hakkunie: Bet. Let's stay close together Moon.

Moonstxr: YUH LETS DO IT BESTIE!

Their responses never failed to entertain him and they played together for around twenty matches, he didn't realize that it was already two in the morning when suddenly his online friend wrote something in the chat box.

Moonstxr: Hey Hakkunie, today was fun but I gotta go. I have school tomorrow so see you later? Ig?

Hakkunie : Same and yeah sure. Bye Moon

Moonstxr : Bye bye Hakkunie! :DD

Thus their character disappeared from the lobby and he too decided to end the game for today. He's glad that he already did his homework for tomorrow so he can sleep peacefully now.

He shut off his smartphone and put it on the lamp desk beside his bed. A sigh escaped from his mouth along with a smile that was still on his face.

"I'm glad that I got to play with him, he's very funny. Thanks to him my night was better," he muttered to himself before shutting his eyes closed and dozing off to dreamland.

The next day, Hakkai and his friends were chilling around at the back of the class. Their math teacher was absent due to her cat went missing and had to take a few days off to search for it.

"I just hope Miss Tohru found her cat, she loves them so much that she had to take days off to find them." Takemichi was hoping everything went well for their mid-twenty teacher. 

"Yeah, I think I want to help search for her cat after school. Do you guys wanna come?" Chifuyu told the two and they nodded their head.

As they were too much in the 'Miss Tohru Cat Mission' conversation, suddenly one of their classmates asked everyone in the class.

"Wait. Has anyone seen (L/n)? Is she absent?" The class went silent, everyone was thinking about her and gazed their eyes on the said girl's desk as it was still empty. One of the girls then said, "Dunno, she never came this late to school tho?" that made everyone question the (h/c) girl.

It was then (y/n) came through the front door that made a loud bam! making everyone in the classroom startled and all eyes were on her.

There stood her hair that was in every direction, fresh eyebags under her (e/c) eyes, and some beads of sweat on her forehead. It looks like she just ran all the way from her house. She looks pretty messy but not in a bad way.

" I-I'm sorry for being late! " Her appearance made most of her classmates worried and some even asked what had happened to her. " Oh? These? I accidentally slept late last night and forgot to set the alarm that's why. " She awkwardly smile and bowed down, also apologizing in the way for making them worried.

As she went to her desk, suddenly her (e/c) eyes met with those pair of deep-blue eyes. The gaze lasted for a few seconds, not before Hakkai tore his gaze away from the girl as he saw the way she smile at him.

And there the weird tingly feeling came back but this time is weirder than before. Just as he was about to stalk a bit of the (h/c) girl, Chifuyu slapped the back of his head.

" Hakkai? Stop checking out (L/n)! " His friend's words made his face turn a whole beet red and made a hand slap over the blonde guy's mouth as a way to shut him up.

" I DID NOT! SHUT THE FUCK UP MATSUNO! "

" Wait didn't you do, Hakkai? " Takemichi chimes in, confused as he said it out loud and it made his face redder, he tried to choke his so dearest friend that screamed his whole heart as Hakkai chase him through the school. Everyone in the school could hear him and there stood Hinata in her class she bring her face to gaze at the floor as she was too embarrassed by her boyfriend's attitude. Typical Takemichi Hanagaki.

Hakkai was hoping that (y/n) wouldn't hear what both of his friends said but she did. And it made her cheeks burn a little as she tried to cover it from anyone seeing it.
