Chapter 6

(After 2 years)

Liam

These 2 years were one of the difficult and challenging years of my life. I went to study at Harvard but was not able to complete my studies. I still remember that horrifying day when I went back for holidays...

"Oh son, I missed you so much" Mom hugged me and started crying.

"Mom, it's just been 5 months. See I am here" I cupped her cheeks and gave a peck on her forehead.

"You know, I can't live without you both" Mom referred to Jack.

"I know, now let's just eat your delicious food. I am hungry" I kept a hand on my stomach and pouted.

"Hey dad, how's everything?" I asked him when he came.

"Fine" He said dejectedly and I knew something was suspicious but didn't ponder much on it.

"Hey bro" Jack also came downstairs.

"Hi, how was party'?" He went to a party last night and was sleeping till now.

"Super fun" He said while taking the apple from the basket but mom slapped his hand away.

"What's going at Harvard?" He huffed and sat beside me.

"Nothing much, just studies" I shrugged.

"Really? No girlfriend?" He eyed at me playfully.

"Shut up" We both talked about different things the whole dinner but dad's phone interrupted our conversation.

"Dad! Dad!" After taking call when he came back. He was lost in his own thoughts.

"Honey, what happened?" Mom got up and walked towards him. But he was still not responding.

"Dad!" Jack yelled his name and he came out of his trance.

"What did he say?" I asked when he looked at us.

"At-attack" He stuttered and our eyes widened. Immediately, we transformed into our wolves.

When we reached the pack house, we witnessed a horrifying scene in front of us. Everything was destroyed and there was a blood bath, most of our warriors were dead and some omega's as well.

Our pack was not a huge one but it was a family that we all were proud to be part of. After that incident, alpha decided to leave the town and all the survivors along with my family we shifted to a town at the outskirts of New York.

We all started living at the pack house and started a new chapter of our life. I helped my father and Jack with trainings and opted out for studies. To increase the financial status of our pack every person picked out a job and helped their family.

Dad started working as a football coach in high school, mom worked in a restaurant as assistant chef, Jack did some part-time jobs alongwith completing his studies and I worked as an assistant in financial department of a big company. Our life was going smoothly until...

"Liam, let's go for lunch" Alice said, one of my best colleague.

"Just two minutes" I said while typing on my laptop.

"By the way, today I don't want to eat in the cafeteria" She was leaning against the door with arms crossed in front of her chest.

"Where do you want to eat, then?" I eyed her and she jumped excitedly.

"There is a new cafe just opposite to our building. Can we go there pls?" She showed her puppy eyes and I agreed with her.

When we reached the cafe it really was mesmerizing, the interiors were fantastic and eye catching. I only ordered a cupcake and Alice ordered a pastry along with a chocolate shake.

"Do you know today our boss are coming?" Alice said with excitement.

I didn't know who the boss was because I have only completed 3 months here and never tried to know about them. Maybe, I was never interested in knowing and just wanted to do my work.

After that incident it felt that I detached myself from people and focussed only on working.

"My god, you should see them. They are so hot. They are like... Oh god, I can't even explain. Only one thing leaves your mouth when you will see them 'pls fuck me hard'" Her voice was little loud and everyone looked at us.

"Alice shhh, everyone is watching us" I immediately kept my hand on her mouth.

But the way, she said about them my curiosity also increased and just wanted to see who these godlike angels are.

Right now, we were standing in front of the lift when I heard...

"They have come" One of the girls yelled in an excited voice.

"Really? I missed my chance" The other girl pouted.

"Yes and my god they are so so so  handsome" The first one got lost in her own thoughts with a lust in her eyes.

"I have also heard they will be here for a few days before their next meeting" She came out of her trance when the other girl nudged her arm.

Next minute, the lift opened and everyone entered but only one space was left so I told Alice to go and I took the other lift.

But before the doors could close, one hulk type man stopped it and stepped aside to give way for two men in suits looking hot with glasses.

"Sorry for keeping you waiting" The hulk man said and I smiled while the other two men were standing in front of me with their eyes focussed on the tab.

I was not so small in comparison to them but if I hug them my head will be below their chin with just that much difference in our heights.

"Excuse me, your floor" The hulk man said and I just pry my attention away from the other two men.

"Thank you" I bowed a little in gratitude and left the lift when those two men gave space to me while they were still looking at their tab.

I don't know why I felt hurt when they didn't glance at me for even a second. And the second, I stepped out Alice called me.

But someone from behind said my full name and I turned around...

"Dominic- Theodore!"
