Chapter 2

Liam

When I reached home, everyone was gathered in the living room and as soon as they saw me, mom hugged me.

"What happened guys?" They all were acting very weird.

"Oh my baby, I am so proud of you!" Mom cupped my cheeks in excitement. I was still confused about the whole situation.

"Liam, you have been accepted in Harvard University. Your dream University, bro!" Jack saw my confused state and told me the news that I have been waiting for since the last three months.

"Wh-what?" My eyes widened and got frozen in the same spot in shock.

"Yes! It's true" Mom showed me the letter and I was not able to believe my eyes.

I know as high school student how can I get into University but let me tell you one more thing about me. I might be cute, handsome, badass or whatever others think but I am also a nerd, a hot one. So, I submitted my research paper to Harvard and the rest you know.

After eating dinner which obviously included all my favourite dishes, I went to bed but sleep didn't come until it was time for me to get ready for school.

"Shut up! Really?" Mia screamed in the hallways when I told her about the good news. I nodded while laughing at her excitement.

"Oh God, it means you will leave me. I can't live without you" She pouted and I just pinched her cheeks playfully.

Only five months was left for high school to get over. But I was going to university before it ended.

That day, during dinner...
"Dad, what about them?" We all were eating quietly until Jack asked a question.

"I have told them and they agreed" Dad smiled at me. I could clearly see, how proud he was.

"So honey, what is the situation there?" Mom's voice filled with worry and we all looked at dad.

"Don't know but we are trying to figure it out" Dad never wanted us to know the situation there. So, another topic started.

You all must be thinking what we were talking about during dinner, actually it's a secret don't tell anyone we are... Werewolves. My father is a gamma of our alpha. Our pack is small with like 500 werewolves, we don't live in pack house but visit it occasionally.

"Yes dad, we are fine. Yes, bye love you" Dad are worried about us but he still sent us here. I really can't understand him sometimes.

"Dad?" Theo was laying on my bed and playing on his phone. I nodded and laid beside him while looking at the ceiling.

We both might be twins but I am still older than Theo by 2 mins. Except for our faces we both are similar in almost everything. We both love parties and adventure. Theo has more of a carefree attitude while I am more of a serious type.

"Let's go to the club" I said in a few minutes.

"Finally! Can't wait to go" It's been weeks since we partied and Theo is ever ready for parties.

"I will call others" I said while calling our friends and he went away to get ready.

After calling our friends, I got ready and waited for Theo who literally takes hours to get ready. While scrolling my phone, I saw a photo of our family and missed them. It's been three years since we have not seen them just because of that thing.

"I am ready!" Theo's voice broke me out of my trance and I got up from the bed.

"Everything fine?" Theo walked towards me when he saw my face.

"Yes, let's go" I didn't meet his eyes and started walking away.

"Dom, I know you miss them and you can express your feelings to me" He held my arm and the second he said that tears dropped from my eyes.

I can never hide anything from him. He always knows what is going on with me.

After calming myself down, we left and our gang partied like animals the whole night.

Next day, when we all were standing in the hall somebody screamed and everyone gave their attention to it. I laid my eyes and saw Liam with his friend getting excited about something.

I know this boy because of his popularity and he was super cute along with some swag...As they were talking, I saw Theo also looking at him with same affection as me. We both always had some kind of attraction towards him but we never tried to get into any kind of relationship, as we were waiting for someone special.

"Let's go guys" Mike said and we went for our classes. Theo and I were together in every class.

"Hey boys" Stella one of the school's slut came to us.

"Hi Stella" Theo responded with a bored expression and i just gave my fake smile.

"Are you guys free today?" No one from our group liked her but she never gets the hint or avoids it, don't know.

"Nope" Theo said while looking blankly at her.

"Oh come on, you can take out some time for me" She slid her fingers on my arms and Theo immediately removed it.

"Sorry but we don't have free time" He said to her in a rude way and without saying she stomped off.

During lunch, we all were sitting at our usual table and chatting. Immediately, food fell on my shirt from a boy and when I looked at him he was shaking in fear.

"I am sorry, really sorry. I got pushed and it fell, it was not intentional. I am..." He started stammering when realised on whom his food fell.

My group or especially Theo and I are not some kind of jocks who pick on other students. We usually keep to ourselves but other students have put us in a totally different light because of our looks and athletic build.

"It's ok boy, relax" I put my hand on his shoulder to calm him down.

"Sorry once again" He said and hurriedly walked away.

"Dude your shirt is totally ruined" Mike said while munching on his fries.

"Dom, you go to the washroom. I'll get a spare shirt from your locker" Theo said and we both went on our ways.
