chapter 2 the treehouse

Armani and peridot was looking for shelter for night time. Armani remembered an old treehouse they had built when they were a kid."Wait I remembered where to go. Come on."Armani said "wait where are we going?" Peridot asked. "you'll see. Come on and I hope you can climb."Armani said as they ran. Peridot runs after Armani.

<><><><> When they get there <><><><>

Armani climbs up a big ol oak tree while Peridot tries to climb but can't. When Armani got to the top they take out a rope and threw some of to peridot who used it to climb up. When peridot finishes up she sees an old treehouse her eyes widened at that. "It looks so cozy."peridot said

"yeah it was come on Peri."Armani said "Peri?"peridot asked. "Well I wanted to give you a nickname."Armani said as they helped peridot in the treehouse. "Be careful there is a chance you might get splinter." Armani said as Peri looked around the treehouse as it is kind of small but not to small.

Peridot sees an old dusty picture showing a small family including a young Armani. "Um Armani who are these people."peridot asked "they were me and my parents. I rather not talk about it."Armani said "oh."peridot said as she walks away from the picture.

Armani motions peridot to come to them. Armani and peridot looked out of the window. The sun was setting "Wow this looks amazing. It's like home."peridot said with stars in her eyes. "Heh yeah come on let's go to sleep."Armani said as they stretched.

The guards was on their horses as dogs were being used to sniff for Peri and Armani. "You got anything."a guard asked "no."another guard said as the dogs were barking and ran towards a forest. "Then follow the dogs you idiots."the captain of the guards said as he rides his horse to the forest.

Armani sees peridot fall asleep as they smiled at the child and said to themselves,"Tomorrow morning we need to tell each other some stuff about each other to get to know each other."
