- - - - SOKOVIA HYDRA RESEARCH BASE , 2014- - - The darken halls of the Hydra base echoed with machinery and tool noises. These intrigued Wanda Maximoff, who hadn't been there long but there was something different about these sounds. She followed the noises to a basement facility, and found a room full of Generals, Scientists, and in the center is cylinder tube of water,with a man inside. As she peeks forward, a voice from behind startles her.
???: What are we looking at?
Wanda turns around to see her older brother, Pietro Maximoff, standing behind her. She shushes him, as they both lead in closer to see what's happening. Inside the lab. A man, wearing a colonels uniform, approaches Baron Von Strucker.
Colonel Stryker: This experiment of your better be worth it.
Baron Von Strucker: Relax, colonel. I promise this will be worth more than you could ever imagine.
Stryker than walks over to the tube and looks at the subject, studying him, seeing if he was the right choice.
Colonel Stryker: Another Sokovian?
Baron Von Strucker: No, a Canadian. My men found him stumbling outside of a bar.
Colonel Stryker: We have a name on him?
Baron Von Strucker: Just a first...Logan. The experiment is about to begin.
Strucker and Stryker step away from the tube. Unbeknownst to them, Logan could here what they were saying. He was sedated so he couldn't move physically all that much, but he was still aware of what was going on. Strucker than takes the center of the room, welcoming everyone.
Baron Von Strucker: Gentlemen, Hail Hydra.
