Chapter 26

Everybody was talking but I wasn't listening. If I didn't leave out the room I could've been here to make sure nothing happened. We confirmed that he was took by the person or thing that was kidnapping people.

Tony and Banner investigated while everybody else looked over all the information we have on the kidnapper.

"They don't care who they take their just taking people."

"The question is why?"

"That's what we need to find out."

We spent all night and morning looking for Peter.

Then we found him.

"Why didn't you tell us about the tracker?"

"Because I forgot about it." Tony went up to his computer and typed something in. He smiled.

"Got him. He's not far."

"Okay everybody suit up. Bea stay here."

"What? No I'm coming this is Pater we're talking about."

"Exactly and you might go off and kill somebody and all we need to do is bring him in." I looked at Steve.

"I'm going." I got dressed and got on my bike and followed the trucks the guys were in. We got to the place. It was a business building. Well that's what it looked like. We split up and walked in. Not making a noise.

I looked around trying to not be noticed. I saw a light coming out from a room. I peeped in and saw people everywhere. In cages. They all looked drained and tired and hurt. I didn't see Peter.

I whispered."I found something but I don't see peter."

"I see him." I heard Steve say in the ear piece.

"I'm going to let these people go."

"Wait."

"They need help Steve. I'm not waiting." I walked into the room. I looked around and saw all these people. Kids, Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents.

I walked over to the little girl that was holding her moms hand.

"Hey sweetie. I'm Bea. Is you mommy okay."

"No they did something to her." She talked in a Norwegian accent. She's been crying.

"Okay. I'm going to get you out of here. Do you know where the keys are?"

She pointed over to the keys sitting on a table across the room. I walked over and grabbed them. I stopped what I was going when I heard somebody walk in.

I turned around and saw a guy holding a gun.

I put my hands up. "Hey let's work something out."

Without saying anything he shot his gun but missed. I smiled and ran to him and kicked him in the nuts making him fall to the ground. While he was down I unlocked the little girls cage. I handed her the keys.

"Wanna be a hero today?"

She shook her head yes.

"Let everybody go. I'm going to make sure nothing happens to you okay."

"Okay." I grabbed the guy and dragged him out the room as the girl unlocked the cages. I took him out the room and killed him.

I walked and looked for the others.

"Hey guys. I got the people out but by the looks of it these guards are armed."

"Okay meet us upstairs."

"On my way." I got on the elevator and headed to met up with the guys. I walked in and somebody grabbed my arm and pulled and down. I looked over and saw Sam.
