12: Fading Away

After their dinner time Amy just sat on a waiting chair reading a book. So Scourge and Shadow just lay down on their bed.

After awhile without sleeping Amy suddenly yawn while reading her book, her eyelids looked like it was going down but she keeped forcing herself to finish the book.

Scourge noticed this and looked at her, then he looked at Shadow who was staring at Amy. Scourge started to smirk and became his neutral face.

"Hey Amy you can sleep here next to me"He said as he noticed on the corner of the eye that Shadow suddenly looked at him with a death glare.

"No way will she sleep next to you she sleeps next to me"Shadow said as he pointed his thumb to his self.

"yeah sorry Scourge but i sleep next to Shadow"Amy yawned as Scourge glared at Shadow who was now smirking.

"Told you so"Shadow said pointing at Scourge. While Scourge just rolled his eyes.

After she reads she finally stood up, walked over to Shadow and sleep next to him.

Scourge was also jelous, But he has no plan to destroy him since he, himself was injured.

WITH MEPHILES THE NEXT DAY...

11:34 AM...

There he was on his rightful home inside his comfortable bedroom. He was sitting on the edge of his bed.

There he also holds a gun, a pistol. He stares at it.

Should he kill Shadow even if he wasn't dangerous? Should he betray his wife?

He loads his gun and started to walk out of his house. He feels his inner dark to control him.

His streaks turned into icy spikes, His eyes was still green but it was surrounded by red, His fingers were sharp like ice.

And there he stood in front of his house in his inner dark form. He was different, without Scarlet.

He felt more stronger, more dangerous, more evil.

He walked towards the hospital. People getting out of his way and staring at him as he walked passed by.

He was full of rage and mixed emotions. He didn't want to be the 'Mr. Nice Guy' anymore.

So when he made it to the hospital he just punched the wall with his bare hands leaving some little bits of pieces skattering everywhere.

and making a small impact because some of the trees sway from the impact.

He walked inside trying to find room 143. As he made it there he barged in.

And with this thing had made the three shocked, mostly Amy of course.

"Dad?"

WITH GANG...

11:34 AM...

Everyone was at the rooftop house of Blaze they were really high they could see the beautiful view.

"Blaze why didn't you told us you had a rooftop?"Knuckles asked amazed.

"Because this is were i come to be ALONE"Blaze emphasized the word 'alone'

"It's really beautiful up here Miss. Blaze"Cream said as Blaze agreed with her.

Blaze went to the other side of the rooftop while the others keep walking around.

"When Shadow is cured we should party up here"Silver said as everyone agreed except for Blaze who was frozen.

"Blaze do you agree?"Sally asked but Blaze didn't spoked as she keeps looking on her view.

Sally went next to her and check out what she was looking at and this made her eyes grew wider.

"Guys the hospital had damaged"Sally announced "oh no what if Amy gets hurt?"Tails said worried.

"Most of all...what if Shadow got more injured?"Sonic said as they all dash to the hospital.

When they all finally got there they were the second one who barged into the room making everyone again turned to them. Please click the speaker at the side of this paragraph

But it was a bit too late. Because Mephiles have is gun towards Shadow who was looking at his friends with surprised.

Amy noticed the gun and runned in front of Shadow and blocked him. Everyone saw the move and stared at her next movement.

"I won't let you kill him i....i..I LOVE HIM!!!"She yelled this had made everyone shock mostly Shadow.

She confessed. She liked him NO! She loved him and no one can ever break them apart but...

"WHAT?!?!"Mephiles got shocked and in that moment he pulled the trigger, making it hit Amy's chest straight to her heart.

Her eyes grew wide as she felled to her knees coughing off blood. As she hold the spot where she was hit.

The gang panicked and runned towards her they all surrounded her as Mephiles just stood back.

Scourge ranned towards her, and Shadow who did all his strength just to be right next to her.

Shadow was the closer view on her as she opened her eyes with weakness.

"Amy..i....i love you too..."He said as tears started to stream down his eyes and rolled to his muzzles.

"I hope...you guys...take care, i want you guys to...smile"She said and turned to her father who was staring at her

"you too...Dad"she said then her head fell on Shadow's lap as they all stared in shocked.

She was now dead. There's nothing that can save her again.

The gang cried on each other's shoulder, even Scourge who sobbed in his palms.

everything was quiet, all that can be heard are silent sobs from each other. Everyone's head was down, looking at Amy with blood coming out of her mouth.

Mephiles looked up and said this words...

"The only thing that will make me happy again...is for my daughter to live"

He looked up to the ceiling but the true thing is that he was looking at Scarlet.

"I hope you'll be fine Scarlet"He said as then everyone stared at him. "quickly give me one chaos emerald"he said.

Sonic took out his white chaos emerald and gave it to him. Mephiles hold it and took out his purple chaos emerald.

He holds both of them in each hands. The gang stepped back as he did his thing.

Then he spoked...

"Chaos emeralds lend me your power. Please let my daughter live an exchanged for me to take her place. Make my soul fall into slumber and let the my daughter, Amy Rose. Live once again"

Then suddenly both of the chaos emerald glowed white as it covered the whole room.

when it was a little clear vision they can see Mephiles's feet off the ground and he started to fade away.

It started from his feet until it reached to his head "tell my daughter and my wife...i love them"he said and he fade away in to thin air.

When they looked back at Amy her bloods wasn't there anymore and her chest is finally cured.

The gang waited for her to wake up until she moved her finger.

she opened her eyes a little and saw everybody with light red eyes from crying.

"YOUR ALIVE!!!"they all yelled and hugged the confused Amy. Well it hurt for Scourge and Shadow to hug her but it was worth it.
