Eternal Night

Third person: Night finally fell. The three set out in the darkness just to patrol the city. In the past couple of nights, nothing, but today was different. Linne got a call from Touko Aozaki. 

"Who is it?" Hyde asked as he loosened his tie.

Linne tried to listen in but the call was distorted and cut out "meet me at kazakai station hur-" the voice suddenly cut out as the call ended. 

"What the hell!!" Linne yelled, grabbing her two swords "Hyde Vatista change of plans we're heading to the station", she yelled as they ran outside their hideout. 

"What the hell is going on?" Linne said in confusion as multiple laser showed up throughout Kanzaki before suddenly disappearing. 

"I don't know, but maybe we should find out before they come back" Hyde said as they made their way to the city. 

Nothing seemed to be damaged at all, but there were red orbs floating in the air. 

"Vatista scan" Linne said, ordering the girl to identify the orbs.

"These orbs are 100% magic" Vatista said. Linne glared at her, letting out a sigh.

"I see so why so much buildup then?" Linne said as she pondered what was happening. "Hyde get a sample of this magic."

Hyde was about to but was interrupted by a captive segment 

"Hyde don't think you're getting away tonight, let's see how deep the insulator cuts" Seth scoffed, clutching his eliminators. 

"Damnit Linne go on ahead, I'll deal with Seth" he said as he formed his insulator. 

"Got it Vatista, your with me" Linne shouted, grabbing the autonomic nerve and continuing to go towards the station.

"Hyde, if you keep protecting the princess of the Night Blade you'll die..." Seth scowled, pointing one of his daggers towards him. 

"I don't care if I die Her will... Everything she wants, I'm doing in her stead. I will protect her until I can make her dream a reality", Hyde said, pointing the insulator towards Seth.

"Hyde your asinine, it almost makes me laugh...." Seth scowled. 

The two ran up to each other and clashed their  blades. 

Linne pov: I looked back. "please Hyde stay safe" I whispered. I looked towards Vatista and was captivated by her beauty. Vatista turned her head and noticed my gaze.

"Master, what are you looking at?" The girl asked, cocking her head to the side.

"Nothing, let's just continue" I said. Suddenly, I got attacked by someone in the shadows. Their weapon barely grazed my face. 

"Amnesia huh..." I sighed, wiping the blood from my face as I clutched my two swords.

"I'm not with Hilda, I just want to fight" the man said, walking out of the shadows, revealing Gordeou.

"I don't believe that tell me where Hilda is" I scowled 

"Master, he's not lying, my scanner indicates it" Vatista said, shooting a warning shot off. 

"Oh my dear Linne, playing with dolls again, I see" a man said while shrouded in darkness. I recognized the voice instantly. 

"Brother...." I muttered as he appeared from the darkness. His unkempt brown hair and his glowing red eyes were the only things poking out from his hood.

"Good my dear sister still recognizes me. How about we have a little fun shall we," he laughed, pulling out two blades of his own. "let's enjoy ourselves before Sistema Celeste happens!!" He laughed lunging towards me, but Vatista blocked his blades with her Crimson Wings: Seven Flowers.
