Chapter 14

VICTORIA'S POV

The boys have been acting different from the past two weeks, they're never around and they hardly touch me. This morning Jaden received a message from someone and the three of them left in a hurry not to mention they avoid looking me in the eyes which has me thinking they're hiding something from me, I could easily find out what they're hiding but I chose to let them tell me I mean whatever it's can't be that bad right??

"Hey you're losing focus...AGAIN, what's on your mind??" Ajex asks worriedly looking at me

"Nothing Aj" I shrug loading my gun, I aim at the new dummy and shoot hitting the dummy in the eye

"You're thinking about them, aren't you??" He says shooting at his dummy, Ajex and I have gotten closer in the past weeks since I seem to spend more time in the weapon room shooting dummies when I have no mission.

Sighing, I put the gun down "don't you think they're behavior is weird??"

"Their behavior is always weird, they find people in pain funny" he shrugs loading his gun

"Right" I mumble getting back to shooting dummies

"Look...Whatever it is they're not telling you, I'm sure it's not that bad just be patient" he says after sometime

"I can do that"

"No you can't" he chuckles

We shoot dummies in the weapon room for a while before heading back to the mansion, I go up the stairs to my room for a nice long bath. I turn the bath tap on to fill the bath while I brush my hair in front of the mirror and get inside the bath.

***knock knock knock***

My bedroom door opens, seconds later Ajex stands by my bathroom door

"Speak"

"Victor wants to see you.." he says typing something on his phone

"Thanks Ajex"

"Whatever...hurry up" he walks out, I get up wraping a towel around myself and walk into my closet, putting on my clothes I tie up my hair into a high ponytail. I get my guns from my nightstand and walk out the room towards Victor's office

"You called??" I say pushing the doors open

"Yes Vicky, where are the boys??...." He asks pushing a file towards me "....your mission, his one of our assassins"

"Why is he our target??" I ask looking through the file, the guy's name is Bruno he turned 50 yesterday blah blah blah

"He prostitutes and sells women and kids"

"So?? Let men do money however they want Victor....just save the little girls" I roll my eyes tossing the file onto his desk and scan it for Jason, I hate reading

"the motherfucker has been stealing from his own family and giving Intel on the Vampires to the Lycans...he earned his death"

"Whatever I'll let the boys know......we'll leave in the morning" I say walking out of his office and towards Jaden's room, without knocking I push the door open

"Jade we got a....mission..." I mumble the last word staring at Jason who has a red haired girl in his arms, the same girl I saw in the picture Aj gave me "....what's going on here??"

JASON'S POV

After our Tripleoak job we got a text from our girlfriend Cassandra, the first girl we shared letting us know she's  back in New York so we met with her and spent the entire night with her. Cassandra is pure compared to V, she's like a teddy bear if you pull too hard on her you might tear her apart, she's harmless...she once told us to think about a mosquito's family before killing it and campaigns against violence hence we've never mentioned what we really do.
