"I choose the black bulls," Asta said, shocking everyone present in the arena. People looked at him and thought about whether he was crazy or has he gone insane. Getting every captain to raise their hand for you is a big feat and anyone who got this opportunity would choose the Golden Dawn, the magic knights who were the elites of the elites. Even royals had a hard time getting into these magic knights but his commoner dared to join the black bulls instead of the Golden Dawn we're the thoughts of the majority in the arena.
"May I ask why you divide to join the black bulls instead of the Golden Dawn?" William asked. "Well as you might know I am a commoner and we are discriminated against by many royals and nobles a magic knight should be able to work in sync with his peers but if I were to join the Golden Dawn then this may not be possible because of the distinction present in this kingdom," Asta said.
"Very well, I understand your choice," the captain of the golden dawn said. Many contestants arrived at the centre of the arena in hopes of getting into the magic knight's squad, some did and most did not.
"Asta" a voice called out to Asta. Asta turned to see Yuno running towards him. "Why didn't you choose the Golden Dawn?" Yuno asked, "Well I already said why to the captains," Asta said keeping his composure. "If you chose the Golden Dawn then we could be in the same magic knights squad and could have helped out each other, even if you did not what to join the Golden Dawn, you could have joined the silver eagles or the crimson lions," Yuno said, "Well that would have been your choice but I already took mine so let's see what the future holds for me and you," Asta said.
"Well I can't force you to make a choice but I will become the wizard long and when I do you would realise your mistake," Yuno said with an arrogant smirk. "Well then I guess we have to part are ways from here, bye Yuno," Asta said as he walked toward his new Captain, Captain Yami Sukehiro.
"Well kid ready to go," Yami asked as Asta nodded. "Wait," a new voice, from what Asta could make of the voice it was feminine soft but sweet. Asta turned to see the owner of the voice. A girl about his age had long hair which was composed of two colours burning red and frosty white. The girl had heterochromic eyes, the one on her left being of dark grey colour and the one on her right being a turquoise colour but the thing being that she had a scar on her right side of the fave, surrounding her eye.

"Oh it seems that we forgot about her," Finral said. "Well brat this is the other brat that will be joining our squad along with you," Yami said as he smacked Asta's head. Asta was fazed by Yami smacking but Yami's smack did pull Asta out of his daze.
"Huh?" was Asta's reaction, Asta had found this girl very attractive but he was able to restrain himself from making any bad impression. Asta and others walked into the postal that Finral created and arrived at the Black bulls hideout. It looked like an old haunted mansion and its structure was very unorthodox to say the very least.
Asta saw a bird sit on his shoulder. Asta saw the bird looking at the hideout. Asta made his eyes split and forced his bloodlust towards the bird. The bird flinched but did not fly away from Asta 'Interesting' thought as his eyes reverted to his normal emerald eyes.
