parents: unsurprisingly, elise is also the daughter of lucien and grace worthy. she is particularly close with her father though, as they bond over their love of fine wines and old movies. she has never really connected with her mother though, who is a rough and tumble country girl. sure, she picked up on some of her behaviors, such as not being afraid of bugs and loving cows, but there's really not much else that connects them.
childhood: elise was a BRAT. she loved to order people around and make sure everybody on earth knew that she was a princess. she wore big gowns every single day and wanted to ride her horse around the castle grounds in a pretty dress like she was in a parade. looking back, she's a bit embarrassed of her behavior, but secretly she wishes she could go back to that time. she also loved to pick on her nerdy brother, which she still enjoys.
teenage years: elise calmed down a bit as she got older, being nicer to the staff and things like that. but, she replaced her brattiness with her upturned nose. she became the most proper lady you could ever find. sure, she liked girls, didn't change the fact that they had to treat her with chivalry. though, after learning of magnus' plans to avoid the throne she grew concerned, as after the announcement of their joint throne she finally had the weight of bearing children taken off her shoulders. she didn't want them. ever. so, the idea of having to get pregnant or have her wife get pregnant and then having to raise the nasty little thing scares the heavens out of her.
