Great Ape: While Broly has never transformed into a Great Ape in the series, he has a tail and, by extension, the ability to turn into one when exposed to Blutz Waves from the Moon or a Power Ball.
Super Saiyan (A-Type): This form is the result of a Legendary Super Saiyan not being able to tap into their true Super Saiyan power due to some kind of suppressant. In Broly's case, it was the control ring placed on his head. Unlike the common Super Saiyan forms, this state is sometimes represented with purple/pink hair and black eyes while being in dark environments, and blue hair and blue eyes (artistically represented as being red-colored in certain moments) while the user is in a lighter place.

Super Saiyan (C-Type): The appearance of Super Saiyan C-Type varies slightly with its user. For Broly, his eyes turn blue and his hair flares out and turns gold, much like the standard Super Saiyan form. Right before his first transformation into the Legendary Super Saiyan, Broly's hair flashed green as his Mind Control Device shattered. This form is a Super Saiyan form with perfect energy control. It is very similar to and is a variation of the first Super Saiyan form, though it is of a different evolution. In the Dragon Ball Z films, this form is treated almost exactly the same as the regular Super Saiyan. The form was also depicted as being extremely fast, as demonstrated when, after Goten speculates that Broly left the area after his earlier attack, he noticed Broly appear right in front of them.
