My New Start (Nagisa X Male reader)

Chapter Fourteen

Y/n's point of view:

We wake up, still stuck in the hug we fell asleep in. We get out of our room and prepare to go to school, rushing breakfast just this once. We hold hands until we get to the school gates.

Once we get to school, we part ways and go to our respective classes.

Classes start and as usual, they are extremely dull. I can't even be bothered today, but someone seems more excited than usual - Karma.

Just before it's time for lunch, he speaks:

Karma: "Hey Y/n, I have to tell you something, I kinda screwed up and I won't lie about it. I asked out Nagisa knowing that you two are together. I guess after not seeing him for too long I was just a little desperate that's all. Can you forgive me?" He says, guilt evident on his face. 

Y/n: "Don't worry about it, Nagisa and I talked and guess what? We still consider you a friend." I reply, trying to sound convincing.

Karma: "Thank you, and again, I'm sorry. Do you mind if I hang out with you two at lunch so I can apologise to Nagisa? I also have a surprise for the both of you." He says rather calmly.

Y/n: "Umm, sure I guess..." I reply coolly. I don't have a good feeling about this but I'll have to go along with it for now.

Once lunch time arrives me, Nagisa and Karma meet up at the school garden. Karma apologizes to Nagisa (Nagisa ends up forgiving him) and then offers us two tickets to a private party at his house.

Karma: "My parents are hosting a private party for some important people. There'll be food, drinks and probably more. They gave me two tickets so I could have some people I know there, but we'll probably be hanging around my end of the mansion. It'll be today after school." He says in a kind tone, clearly still guilty about what happened earlier. 

He texts Nagisa the address and writes it on a piece of paper, giving it to me, before walking away.

We decide to go after 15 minutes of debating. Once school ends, we go home and get dressed for the upcoming event. If important people are there, we need to dress smart. 

I pick out a smart black suit with a Grey tie, while I pick out one of my old, smaller, dark blue suits with a matching tie of the same colour for Nagisa. After getting dressed, we end up staring at each other (the usual whenever we dress in something that the other think makes us look hot). Seriously thought, that old suit of mine matches Nagisa perfectly, making him look cuter. He then hugs me and the cuteness almost kills me. Not long later, we leave and go to Karma's mansion.

Once we get there, I stand in awe at how large it is. 'Just how rich is this guy?' I wonder. Karma spots us and tells the servants standing outside to let us in. Once we get in, Karma leads us to his room and we hang out there for most of the party. After a while, we get bored and Karma suggests that we play a game: truth or dare.

Karma: "So, I'll start, Y/n. Truth or dare?"

Y/n: "Truth." I instantly say.

Karma: "What would you say your best feature is?" He asks.

Y/n: "My wit." I reply, after taking sometime to think. I don't think I should mention me and Nagisa too much while I'm here. I don't want to make things awkward.

Now it's my turn.

Y/n: "Nagisa, truth or dare." I ask.

Nagisa: "Truth." He softly replies.

Y/n: "What's your favourite subject?" I ask.

Nagisa: "Hmm... biology!" He states, proudly.

After more rounds are played, both I and Karma go for a dare, ending with Nagisa laughing at the both of us cutely.

The questions we ask each other aren't too bad, so that ends and as Nagisa gets up, he bumps into a bottle of wine, causing it to fall and smash, resulting in mine and Karma's suits being drenched. 

Nagisa: "I-I'm s-s-sorry. I-I didn't mean to. I ca-" He stutters before Karma and I cut him off simultaneously.

Y/n and Karma: "Don't worry, it's alright. We'll just wash it off." We say as Karma opens the door to a bunch of hallways, waiting for me.

I give Nagisa a tight hug, trying to calm him down further, before leaving. After about five minutes of walking around Karma opens a door and lets me go in first. Once I step in I see...

More doors... another hallway. I turn around puzzled only to see Karma locking the door, slowly turning around with a twisted sadistic grin on his face. He then reveals a knife up his sleeve as he growls, filled with fury:

Karma: "Y/n... for someone in the top class you really are an idiot." His voice progressively gets louder and louder. "You're not a bad guy, but I can't let you take my Na-gi-sa." He says Nagisa's name in a singing style. 

He slowly walks forward.

My eyes start darting around, finding the nearest door. I rush towards it, only to find that it is also locked. 'Great, he planned this' I thought, terrified. Karma then lunges towards me and I barely dodge it.

I cant die here to this psycho, I must protect myself and Nagisa from him. Who knows what he'll force Nagisa to do once he gets bored of him.

This is gonna be a rough time...
