Shadow stretched his black legs and yawned. What a good nap that had been. It had been two days since Brownie and Ruby had imprisoned him and the others together. He had gotten them good for revenge. They were still in the Pokémon Center from their wounds.

Then Shadow heard a voice. And he knew all too well who it was.

"Hi Shadowy Ball boy!" Said Frost, a Shiny Umbreon from outside of his window.

Shadow groaned. He hated this Umbreon, who had been bothering him and following him around since they were Eevees.

"Frost, I'd advise you to leave before I throw you off to a fifty foot drop." Shadow told him.

"Oh, you wouldn't do that!" Frost exclaimed.

"Would I?" Shadow raised an eyebrow.

"No! Shadow's a good boy!" Frost said.

I'll show you a 'good' boy, Shadow thought.

He then grabbed the Shiny Umbreon's paws and flung him off the treehouse. Shadow watched happily as Frost went flying.

This was Shadow's life. It was boring and uneventful, but he liked it, enough anyways.
